Beautiful 1st floor bayside condo with a stunning view of Assawoman Bay. Covered deck backs to a wetland. Sunsets are spectacular after a day at the beach, which is only a short walk across a signalized intersection. Renovated condo with tile and hardwood floors and new furnishings. The bedroom is complete with a queen bed. Kitchen is open to living room with large breakfast bar seating 4. Living room is complete with queen sleeper sofa with Smart TV . Condo is ideal for a romantic and relaxing getaway. Located on 56th street and is within walking distance to Macky's Bayside, Johnny's Pizza, Alley Oops, Dumser's, Fager's Island, 65th Street Deli and Market, and Seacrets. Includes 2 parking spaces. It's a very nice and quiet place. It was fairly clean except that there was a musty smell upon first arrival. It is conveniently located but took a minute to locate because there is no address on the building itself. The host may have given turn by turn instructions, because there was a section titled "Directions." But, I work 4 jobs and only had the time to read things the moment that I needed them. I used Waze to get there and completely passed the building before seeing building 105 on the left. Deduction lead me to building 104. Other than the musty smell, everything else was clean. It is walking distance to the liquor store and a mini-golf game. Good place to stay overall. Great place to stay for the price.

I couldn’t imagine anything going more smoothly or being easier to plan and execute than this stay! The host was well prepared, organized, and had thorough communication. The condo was perfect – clean and comfortable. The location was great – right on the bay and only a block from the beach! I would definitely stay again!

This property is beautiful and just perfect. Very convenient to many spots to visit, steps to the beach and bay. Weather didn’t cooperate like we wanted but still had a great time. Plan on staying here again.
