About this house rental
1-bedroom condo right in the Sun Peaks Village. This is truly a magical mountain paradise and we're excited to share our place with you! We're located on the first floor of Fireside Lodge, so you're literally mere steps to the slopes and the village. We can accommodate up to 4 people with a King-sized bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed perfect for the kiddos in the living room. Food, entertainment, shopping, and, of course, the lifts are right outside the door. Ski-in and ski-out, a fireplace, and the building has a shared hot tub too! This place is great for families like ours, and we'll help with any kid accessories we can.
Note to our summer guests: We now have a portable Air Conditioning unit to help you cool off after those sunny days at the hill. We provide a video guide on how to use it with your welcome email. With AC and a fan or two, you can make sure the place is at the perfect temperature for you while you stay with us.

This is a great location. Handy to the ski lockers and the slopes. Any questions we asked were answered promptly and were very helpful.

Nice place, close to the lifts.Unit just beside main entrance and on the way to the hot-tub so a bit noisy but really ok during our stay there in December before Christmas so it was quiet. Maybe less during high season.

Great for a quick getaway. Doesn’t get more convenient than 1 door away from ski locker and the hot tub just down the hall.
Pull out couch could use some love or an upgrade.
