The room itself was clean, which I appreciated, but unfortunately there were several issues that made our stay very disappointing.
The indoor rooms are extremely small and have no windows, which already feels quite underwhelming for a 4-star hotel. The plastic sinks in the room also give more of a 2-star impression than a 4-star one. When we arrived, we immediately reported that several sockets, USB ports and the speaker were not working. We couldn’t properly charge any of our devices during our stay and basically lived off airplane mode. Maintenance came the following day, but the issue wasn’t resolved — the lady arrived with just a screwdriver and none of the faulty sockets or USB ports were fixed.
The following day, we were moved to another room. Unfortunately, the same issue was present there, although at least the USB ports were working.
