About this villa rental
Individual Provencal villa on the ground floor without any opposite with a beautiful panoramic view over a large part of the Col du Bougnon in Les Issambres (very relaxing and very Zen for those seeking tranquility near the sea) Renovated villa, south facing location southwest, on the edge of the green zone. Partial sea view. The Villa is less than 5 minutes by car from the Provencal markets, shops, restaurants, the Port, the nautical base etc ... The Villa is in a very residential area. Villa consisting of 5 rooms including 3 bedrooms. bedroom for 2 people each and 2 bathrooms. Large Mediterranean garden 1100 m2, fully fenced, lighted and maintained by a landscaper very regularly with 6 deckchairs around the swimming pool. The Villa is located below the main road and near the Col du Bougnon. Between the main entrance and the Villa, there is a small descent of 30m. approximately and we ask the tenants to descend in reverse to easily maneuver down the Villa where we can park 2 vehicles near it. Private pool 9m50x4m50, prof. 0.50 to 2.50m with salt water treatment (much healthier than chlorine treatment) maintained by a professional every week. Beautiful natural stone and wooden terraces around the swimming pool. 800m from the sea, 2km from the village, 8km Ste-maxime, 20km St-Tropez, 76km Nice-Aéroport. Numerous sandy and rocky beaches.
The Villa also has television with twenty national channels on TNT and there is no internet and no landline telephone. On the other hand, we receive 3G perfectly and you have a WiFi terminal on the market place in Les Issambres which has a range of 50 to 100 m. about.
We can park 2 cars on the property and you can also park them on the side of the road at main street level.
The Villa is really located in a very beautiful site where reigns peace and calm. As an owner, we love this place which is heavenly in our eyes and close to everything.

Wir besuchten Les Issambres zum 2. Mal. Es ist eine schöne gegend.
Die Zufahrt zum Haus war sehr gut im vergleich zu anderen Häusern an der Côte d’Azur. Das Auto blieb heil.
Das Haus hat auch genügend Platz für die ganze Familie.
Leider ist es im Hochsommer sehr heiss im Haus, aber es liess sich in der Nacht immer sehr gut durchlüften.
Der Pool war sehr gross und wir haben die Tiefe genossen um einige Sprünge in den Pool zu geniessen.
Meersicht ist leider nur von einem Winkel der Terasse zu geniessen.
Das Haus war sehr Sauber und der Check in wie auch Check out ging äußerst schnell.
Es müssen alle Tücher und Lappen selbst mitgebracht werden. Auch Badematten oder Abwasch&Trocknungstücher.

Maison ancienne très bien située au calme et dans la nature mais en même temps très proche de tout (restaurant, boulangerie, mer, etc..). Très propre et fonctionnelle.
Très belle piscine c’était vraiement très agréable nous avons passé de très bons moments.
Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette maison. Un propriétaire hyper sympathique c’est vraiment très appréciable. Milles merci 😉

Voici notre avis de manière très objective. C'est une villa agréable. Nous ne pensons pas cependant qu'elle soit adaptée à des personnes avec enfants en bas âge car l'accès à la villa en voiture n'est pas évident, le mieux est de laisser son véhicule stationné directement sur la pente en ligne droite. Il n'y a pas de vis à vis ce qui est un bon point. Nous sommes habitués à louer ce genre de villa individuelle, nous regrettons qu'à l'arrivée nous ne disposons pas d'un kit de nettoyage et de premières nécessités comme cela a été le cas dans toutes nos locations, de même il faudrait remplacer les accessoires ménagers balai brosse rouillé une seule serpillère, compte tenu du prix de la location le propriétaire devrait renouveler régulièrement ces accessoires. La cuisine est très bien équipée avec tout le matériel nécessaire et en bon état. Concernant la piscine : très agréable mais nous la déconseillons aux familles avec des enfants qui ne savent pas nager mieux vaut privilégier les villas avec clôture ce qui bien évidemment ne remplace pas la vigilance des parents. Sans clôture la surveillance relève de la paranoïa. Remarque importante: la villa n'est pas à 800 m de la mer peut être à vol d' oiseau elle est exactement à 1700 m en voiture. Région très touchée par les sangliers nous avons été entourés de ces bêtes pendant toutes les vacances, attirés pas les couches de bébé ils ont réussi à ouvrir les poubelles sanglées deux fois et ont procédé à un carnage avec sur plus de 100 m, nous avons vu plusieurs fois des troupeaux importants à proximité de la clôture de la villa. Nous n' avons pas pris le risque de nous promener à pied aux alentours avec un bébé et des enfants en bas âges de peur de nous retrouver sur leur coulée. Les personnes vivant là bas ont l'habitude de les croiser et connaissent le comportement à adopter face à un troupeau de sanglier nous pas. En conclusion : le propriétaire est très sympathique il a effectivement une villa très agréable plutôt adaptée à des adultes avec grands enfants
