On the ground floor, 1 master suite with double bed 140x200 and adjoining bathroom, 1 bedroom with two single beds 95x200, 1 separate shower room, living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen (oven, hob, micro -waves, toaster, kettle, coffee machine with DELTA pods, combined fridge-freezer and dishwasher), pantry, utility room with washing machine, table and iron. **All inclusive ** Welcome basket offered. Bed linen, tea towels, hand towels provided. Cot available. Housekeeping and pool maintenance are included. For a moment of relaxation, you can rest on the veranda while admiring the swimming pool, which is lit at night. You can swim in the 10m x 5m pool located in a fenced and secure area for children or simply relax on the sun loungers available. For your comfort we provide pool towels. For your meals outside, beautiful garden table, chairs, electric awning, parasol, barbecue. We had a very lovely time in the Villa! The house is very spacious, inside as well as outside. The pool is just great. The kitchen is large and has everything you need. All bedrooms are large and the bathrooms comfortable. We all had a very good time and would definitely recommend the house and area. We hope to come back some day!

The owners description does not do the villa justice. This is one of the best villas we have ever had the good fortune to stay at The villa is totally private, the area is extremely quiet, but close enough to the local amenities. Large supermarket is within walking distance, main centre a five minute drive. The villa was extremely clean, there were sufficient utensils/equipment. There were so many different sitting areas outside, that even a large family can have their own privacy from each other if required. Internally there is plenty of space although we spend all our time outside. The grandchildren could not be prised from the swimming pool, which was well maintained and large. We could not fault the villa and would happily recommend to family and friends. I would have no hesitation returning to the villa if i visited the area again.

This property is beautiful. Large rooms. 2 master suites. Lovely tile work everywhere. The property was spotless upon our arrival. This is probably the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in. There was a lovely arrival basket with milk, bread, cheese and ham and a bag of chips. (Oh yes, and wine)! We despertely needed this as we were 7 hours late for our arrival in Porches due to the customes strike at the Lisbon Airport. I truly cannot say enough good things about this home. It is lovely both inside and out. We were a family of 6. Five adults and 1 child. We had plenty of room. We loved the swimming pool and outside dining area. I was concerned that the pool might be too cold to swim in, but that was not the case. The cover helps tremendously. Our weather hovered around 75f everyday and the pool was a pleasure to swim in. The close proximity to several beaches is such a benefit. Even a drive to Sagres was only 70 minutes. Several good restuarants are within a 10 minute drive. And yet, you have fields around your vila. We had the goats with their shepard and dogs come by the house every morning. This was a huge delight to our grandson! If you love nature, this is the house for you! The gardens are beautiful and there are many many birds to watch. Sunsets from the top patio are a delight. This was a truly unforgetable vacation for our family. And thank you Ida for providing such a special home to us to stay. Thank you

What a wonderful villa! It had everything we could wish for. It was tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. The kitchen had everything we needed for a group of 6 adults and three little girls. The bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds and plenty of storage space. The pool area was incredible with comfortable loungers and lovely outdoor dining furniture. Spent a lot of time in the pool with the children. Although the pool wasn't heated it was lovely once you were in!! We loved the garden. Our toddler granddaughter loved touching and smelling the different variety of flowers and herbs. The hammock was a favourite place for her sisters. This holiday was planned to spend quality family time together. Vila Acacia was the perfect place for this. It really was the perfect Home from Home. We hope to go back again.

We all had an amazing time at villa acacia, adults and children. The location is very peacefull which is what we wanted. There is a short drive to the little towns which have beautifull restaurants , we didn't once have a bad meal , the locals were so polite and helpful . I can honestly say it was a perfect holiday from start to finish. All the staff at the villa were absolutely fantastic also. You are made so welcome from the moment you arrive. We would all highly recommend staying at villa acacia

Perfect location, with the right mix of nature, access to stores, restaurants, beaches and interest points . Clean, new, well divided appartements with all the commodities indoor and outdoors. Great kitchen cooking place, open dining room and living room, wonderful patio outside besides the pool. Rooftop patio to relax and enjoy the sea view and country side. Everyone had plenty of space and room to relax at all times. A great experience, thank you Mrs Alves! PS Porches Velho a restaurant you must go to absolutely for Portuguese family cuisine as well as Vila de Italia for Italian food. La localisation de la Vila Acacia est un mariage réussi entre la nature, les magasins, restaurants, les plages et les endroits a visiter. Neuve, très propre, matériaux et conception de haute qualité, bien divisé et ayant toutes les commodités pour rendre votre séjour très agréable. Si vous allez a un seul restaurant durant votre séjour Porches Velho est celui ou vous devez absolument vous rendre pour une cuisine typiquement Portugaise... le second est Vila de Italia cuisine italienne.
