The apartment (70 m²) is located on the first floor and can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a private parking space. The spacious living room (approx. 30 m²) includes: the fitted kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge, freezer, coffee machine (Tassimo), dishwasher, dishes, washing machine, iron, ironing board, clothes airer ...), the dining area, the living room, the television (TNT), the balcony (15 m²). The apartment has a bathroom (walk-in shower, sink, hairdryer), separate WC and 2 bedrooms: - the first: a double bed (160x200) with dressing room. - the second is a large attic room (on the second floor) with a double bed 160x200 and 2 single beds 90x200, WC and sink separated from the room. WIFI throughout the accommodation. Sheets and towels are provided. Plug for electric car charging. Deposit check of 500 € (not cashed) you will be asked when handing over the keys. No parties, no parties. Our animal friends are not accepted.

We really enjoyed our stay in Andernos-les-Bains! The house was perfect. Clean, comfortable and in a great location. The host Chantal was very friendly and helpful!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. L'appartement est excellent, il y a tout le confort souhaité. De plus, l'accueil a été très chaleureux, les propriétaires sont très disponibles et c'est appréciable. La description était plus que conforme à ce que nous avons trouvé sur place. C'est rare d'avoir ces bonnes surprises ! Je recommande vivement cet appartement. Nous avions l'habitude de louer des maisons, mais là, nous avons été bluffés par la qualité de la prestation. Nous reviendrons.

Appartement très spacieux, confortable et lumineux. L'emplacement est idéal : ma fille était en télétravail et a pu faire ses pauses sur la plage à 5 minutes à pied, acheter la baguette ou le cannelé quotidien. Et pour moi, balades à pied à gogo ou excursions en voiture et découverte intégrale du bassin vu qu'Andernos est situé à mi-distance des deux extémités. Adieu la Covid, vive le grand air et la nature, sans oublier l'Entre-deux-Mers !

Appartement neuf et bien équipé. Correspond en tous points à l'annonce et aux photos. Très bonne situation dans le centre de la station d'Andernos, parfois un peu bruyant le soir néanmoins. Notre contact sur place était professionnelle et agréable. Tout était parfait.

Si vous ne voulez pas prendre votre voiture de la semaine, c'est la location idéale. En plein centre d'Andernos, vous pouvez tout faire à pied et à vélo. Location propre et spacieuse, nous avons eu à disposition le garage pour ranger nos vélos. Seul petit bémol, le bruit du centre ville si vous dormez les fenêtres ouvertes, mais c'est le prix à payer pour être en plein centre, l'appartement est très bien isolé. Je recommande cette location

L'appartement idéalement placé près de la plage, nous a enchanté ! Tout neuf et en très bon état, il dispose de tout l'équipement nécessaire. Accueil chaleureux de Ludivine, une place de parking, tout à portée de promenades à pied, bref, nous étions très bien, surtout avec une période de très beau temps !

Superbe séjour !

Superbe séjour !

Malgré une météo maussade nous avons passé un super séjour pour clôturer 2017 à Andernos dans le très bel appartement de Ludivine. L'appartement est tout à fait conforme aux photos : bien pensé, pratique, bien équipé, joliment décoré, idéal pour notre famille de 5 personnes. Le petit plus : une cafetière à dosettes qui permet de se faire un vrai bon café ce qui est loin d'être le cas dans la plupart des locations. Ne pas avoir à se préoccuper du linge et des draps est également très appréciable. Tout est proche de l'appartement (boutiques, commerces de proximité...) ; la place de parking dans la cour est un vrai plus. La mer est à deux pas... Bref, nous sommes ravis d'avoir séjourné ici. Nous remercions également Ludivine pour son accueil très chaleureux, sa sympathie et sa disponibilité.
