For this same reason, in general, we cover the trash can outside the house, so that they are not able to open it. - PLEASE, HOLD THE VOLUME OF MUSIC AT A NORMAL AND EDUCATED LEVEL -BARBECUE_The barbecue is not electric, but works in charcoal. Please pay close attention if you use it on a windy day: the rental property is surrounded by trees and the risk of fire is very high. Also make sure that the embers are completely extinguished before leaving the barbecue without your close and present check.
