For this reason, the beach has a really private feel to it. This private unit is perfect for family reunions, golf outings, summer vacations, holiday celebrations & weddings. Ocean Blue is outfitted with covered garage parking, 24 hr security & security swipe entry for all common doors. You won’t forget the heated pool, outdoor pool, hot tub, lazy river & of course the soft white sand of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean coastline. This unit’s best feature & what we get the most comments on is the 180 degree sweeping view of the blue ocean waters. Standing in the kitchen, hallway, family room, dining room or master bedroom you will enjoy the floor to ceiling & wall to wall views of the ocean. All you see is water!! Once you hurry out to the 350 sq ft balcony the sand & out door pool can be easily enjoyed with zero blockage. In this masterpiece you will enjoy 7 flat screen TV’s, WiFi, full size washer/dryer, 2 refrigerators, 2 ovens, & 2 dishwashers. After a hot sunny day at the beach come inside to enjoy 2 brand new A/C units, hot water tank & 5 burner stove top ( all new as of Oct. 2018). Every room has been freshly painted in beach colors. There is an Ocean Blvd deck off the back master bedroom where one can enjoy some privacy. Don’t forget to enjoy the 2nd family room where the kids can enjoy a little privacy as well. Three bedrooms enjoy an on-suite bathroom with the the other 2 bedrooms sharing the 4th bathroom. Not only enjoy the oversized oceanfront balcony from the main family room but from the master bedroom suite too. This building aims to please & has provided easy access for all age groups & is handicap accessible. This unit is larger than most oceanfront homes, yet half the price. There were no surprises when we entered the condo. Everything was as the description said it was and it was very clean. We had 12 people in our group and never felt crowded in the condo. 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers and 2 ovens served us well as we cooked most dinners there. We took advantage of both outdoor and indoor pools, plus the lazy river. The owner, Tom, was very nice and very responsive to text messages. Renting was very easy and because of how security works, we felt really safe there. We only had one question about hot water in one shower, but he solved that with a quick text. It was user error. Since there aren't many condos in Ocean Blue, or the surrounding area, the beach and water were never crowded. For future visits to Myrtle Beach, I will be checking with Tom concerning renting his condo again. Our entire group had a great stay.

Each year my cousins and aunts go on a trip to relax and enjoy wach others company. We saw this condo and thought the views looked amazing innthe pictures and when we got there it did not disappoint. The condo was beautiful and the location was amazing. We had everything that we needed and more. Anytime I had a questions Thomas was quick to respond. This is a great place to stay, I highly recommend it!

This is a great beach location with a beautiful ocean view. Our WHOLE family was able to spread out, yet have plenty of space for family time together. The balcony was a great place for all of us to hang out on and enjoy the sights and sounds of the ocean.

Wonderful view! Plenty of room for our family of 11. The condo is laid out great and quiet. Great location! Not too crowded. Quick walk to Damon’s and pier and miniature golf, and if you’re into pickle ball, a court is right down the street. We would definitely recommend this property.

Very good location. Corner property a plus. Close to everything but far enough away to avoid any crowds. Great beach service. High floor gives you a nice view of the ocean. large deck with seating for 10 or more. Bedrooms are large and comfortable but ceiling fans would help. The kitchen is great with two refrigerator/freezers and two dishwashers.

From the time you walk into this clean ,well maintained property you are filled with joy and excitement based on the "VIEW". Our family had a great time and spent alot of time on the spacious balcony with beautiful ocean views which are shared from inside the unit with floor to ceiling glass doors allowing incredible ocean views from the great room to the kitchen.A shout out to Tom and Terri( the owners) for their hands on assistance to any and all of our needs.We enjoyed the week and look forward to a return in the near future.

We were in town for a baseball tournament at The Ripken Experience with friends, teammates, and grandparents. The place did not disappoint. This was the perfect getaway for our family vacation. The curb appeal, building and condo is absolutely stunning. The property in general is very well maintained. I work in commercial construction and was very impressed with the exterior facade upkeep and quality. Tom is awesome and was very helpful during the entire rental process. This condo is fully stocked and has everything you need. It felt like we were right at home! The rooms and decor are beautiful and the ocean view and balcony is stunning. Our family had a wonderful stay and I would definitely recommend this place for your perfect vacation getaway!

Our extended family had a great week, in a clean, well maintained place with a great view, beach steps away, with nice indoor and outdoor pools and shower stations downstairs too. Beach in this area can get busy, but nothing compared to more central MB, just fine for us. The double fridge and dishwasher, with stove and oven, made it great for meal prep for the various ages and trying to stay home with ongoing pandemic. One of the tubs wasn't draining well, a minor issue, mentioned it to hosts, and it was taken care of very quickly and thoroughly. Will strongly consider coming back again next year!

We LOVED our stay at Myrtle Beach in this property! The views were amazing and easy access to the beach!! The condo was clean, very well taken care of and spacious! We had 14 people staying and had PLENTY of room and never felt cramped or on top of each other. The kitchen had great cooking utensils, pans and everything we needed to make meals! Also easy to get groceries delivered. Thanks for a great experience and we would HIGHLY recommend staying here! We can't wait to come back again!

First time taking all family - us the grand parents, our children, our grandchildren and 1 great grand child. It was very spacious and the view was spectacular. The issues we had were minor so no need for the assistance they happily offer. The owner was super great to work with and readily available. Beach isn’t overcrowded, parking really isn’t an issue even if you have more than 2 cars - we had 4, and plenty of take-out, delivery, and food nearby even though the kitchen is stocked well for cooking in. Best vacation ever!
