About this house rental
Between sea and hinterland, in a typical village close to Béziers, notary house of 300 m2, completely renovated (we have just converted the terrace in the garden and install the heating of the pool), 10 rooms, composed of two separate volumes: the main house with 4 bedrooms (bed 140, bed 160, 2 beds 90 and 2 beds 120 and 90), two bathrooms and 3 toilets, office with convertible sofa bed, living room, dining room, kitchen fully equipped overlooking patio, laundry; an independent apartment - on the top floor - three rooms with 2 bedrooms (bed 140 and 2 beds 90), bathroom, toilet and kitchen with table for four.

It was a very pleasant house if you want an outhentic French house, nowadays used as a holiday home. In a traditional French village with, e.g., a boulangerie (backery).A Big house and ,e.g., a great open space for table tennis etc and a fine closed/private garden where you see/ hear several types of local beautiful birds. The car park was not at the house, like an old city you sometimes have to search where in the streets to park. I personally would recommend a car here but am used to it. EV loading I could not (yet) at the Village itself available.The first evening some cupboards had some 'old muffy' smell in the bedrooms. The bedrooms were basic. The swimming Pool is ideal to cool down from, e.g. a great ride along canal du midi or visiting beautiful ancient towns in the area. Good place to learn about the area with a family.We enjoyed it. To end, this area contains a lot of friendly French people. Most of them speak some english (words).

Bonjour, nous sommes ravis d avoir pu séjourner dans cette maison. La location est totalement, voir plus, conforme aux photos. Les propriétaires très accessible et à l écoute ce qui très rassurant et même les personnes qui sont sur place et qui s occupe de la remise des clés sont très accueillant, d ailleurs je salue le côté très chaleureux ces personnes.
La maison est très bien entretenu, c'est très grand nous n avions pas été a l étroit, le petit plus.. 3 réfrigérateurs... excellent quand vous êtes nombreux 👏, ainsi que les jeux pour les enfants et les grands comme le baby-foot et la table de ping-pong 👍👍
La piscine est grande, propre aucun vis-à-vis et bien entretenu, le jardin est grand.
Je recommande vivement cette location, c etait parfait, nous y retournerons avec plaisir 😉
