Fresh air and countryside, off the beaten track, yet only 2 minutes drive or 15 minutes walk from the main road with popular restaurant(s), pub, bus stop and village shop. About an hour by train from London. 15 minutes drive to the M20 Motorway. Ideal base for exploring wonderful Kent, with it s abundance of castles, gardens, vineyards, walks, cycle rides and activities.
Self contained cosy1 bedroom home with amazing views. Close to Tenterden Kent, with easy access to all amenities: Shops, restaurants, pubs, some within a mile and major and road and rail networks within easy reach.

Sissinghurst, Leeds and Dover Castles, Cantebury and Rochester Cathedrals, Tenterden Steam Railway, Romney Hythe and Dymchurch miniature stream railway. Vineyards: Biddenden Vineyard, Chapel Down Tenterden vineyard plus more.
Woodchurch Rare Breed centre, Port Lympne Zoo, Howletts wildlife park.
Beach at Camber sands.
Many within only about 10- 20 minutes drive.
History : Tenterden , Rye, Canterbury, Rochester and more.
Pubs and Restaurants: Huge variety all within One - ten miles.

Fishing and watersports :
Local coarse fishing , Cackle Hills , Biddenden, plus Bethersden Carp Lakes, Cranbrook, Bewel water and Lydd for water sports or the sea is only about 20minutes drive.
