Dream holidays in this 170 m² architect's villa, its exterior in the style of a 'large fisherman's cabin in the Basin', its resolutely contemporary interior. The house overlooks the heated swimming pool at 28 ° from April to September, and a large slatted terrace not overlooked, hosting a superb American spa heated to 37 ° all year round. A large sauna has just been installed and allows total relaxation for an unforgettable vacation. The pool house with summer kitchen will allow you to grill vegetables or fish on the plancha, or make good meat on the real cast-iron barbecue. The covered porch shelters a garden furniture, and the wide passageway keeps a welcome freshness. The main room of 60 m², remarkable for its volumes, is composed of a black lacquered kitchen with central island, bathed in light, a dining table for 8 to 10 people, and a living room with wood stove and flat screen TV of 138 cm.(all French and foreign channels, Canal +, Canal Sat and Bein Sport) The mezzanine accommodates an office and a very 'cozy' sitting area. (the sofa allows an extra bed for 2 people) The villa has 4 bedrooms with double beds, 1 with dressing room and 3 with wardrobe, 3 shower rooms, 3 WCs. The naturalness of wood is omnipresent ... parquet floors, walls, ceilings, terrace, sauna ... everything is 'wood', everything is breathed 'wood'. Possibility to park 2 cars in the fenced garden, with electric gate. you will be asked to pay a deposit of € 1,500 upon arrival. It will be returned to you on your departure except in case of damage.

We had a wonderful week, the accommodation was incredibly well-equipped, immaculate, super-clean and in a lovely neighbourhood. The room layout worked perfectly for our 3, then 4 couples plus 2 babies and the outdoor seating/eating/relaxing areas were fabulous, as was the lovely warm pool with warm outdoor shower! Our hosts were friendly, helpful and discreet - just what we needed.
We would recommend and return without hesitation!

The property was beautifully presented and extremely well equipped both inside and outside to a very high standard. Our family of adults and teens all had a wonderful holiday. It was exceptionally hot during our stay so we particularly enjoyed the pool and delightful shaded outside dining areas. Patrick and Sandrine were wonderful hosts.

Sehr empfehlenswert und erholsam
Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr gepflegt. Das Haus verfügt über eine sehr gute Ausstattung. Der Vermieter ist sehr hilfsbereit, drängt sich jedoch nicht auf. Das Spa-Angebot mit Whirpool, Fitnessgeräten und Sauna ist sehr schön und gepflegt und wird vom Vermieter regelmäßig kontrolliert sowie gesäubert und war dementsprechend jederzeit für uns nutzbar. Auch mit unserem Hund hat alles einwandfrei funktioniert und er hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Beim nächsten Mal würden wir Fahrräder mitnehmen, da die Fahrradwege vor Ort sehr gut ausgebaut sind. Alles in allem war es sehr erholsam und wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille (6 adultes).
Très belle maison, parfaitement équipée et très agréable à vivre. La terrasse abritée, la piscine chauffée et le spa permettent de profiter de l'extérieur malgré un temps très variable. Propriétaires très sympathiques, qui étaient là à notre arrivée et à notre départ.
Nous recommandons vivement cette location.

Photos contractuelles, descriptif conforme sur tous les points. Le quartier est calme, proche de toutes les commodités et de la mer.
Rien ne manque (et pourtant on a cherché !!) On ne peut que passer une semaine de rêve que se soit entre amis ou en famille. Une belle maison, avec de belles prestations, à respecter...

un espace intérieur agréable et bien pensé même si nous avons profité à 100% de l'extérieur, au calme, au bord de la piscine (sécurisée par alarme), à la cuisine d'été ou sous le préau

Propriétaires très arrangeants et chaleureux, un niveau de service incroyable entre les équipements visibles sur l'annonce (piscine jacuzzi sauna plancha barbecue) et tous les "petits plus" : literie top, cave à vin, conseils locaux, herbes aromatiques du jardin, café...

Top Aufenthalt in einem super Haus
Wir hatten 2 super Wochen im Cabane 13. Alles ist sauber, die Zimmer und Bäder sind in einem top Zustand. Dazu noch der Pool, Jacuzzi und die Sauna - alles was man zum entspannen braucht. Dazu gibt es mehrer Kochmöglichkeiten, sowohl in der geräumigen Küche, auf dem Grill oder vor dem Pool an der Bar! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

De l'accueil des propriétaires au départ tout est parfait, La cabane est magnifique, décorée et équipée avec soin.
Le jardin, le potager, la piscine, le jacuzzi rien ne manque pour que petits et grands passent un excellent séjour.
Et beaucoup de souplesse en ces temps difficiles....

Maison lumineuse, chaleureuse (bois), très bien équipée. Les photos parlent d'elles-mêmes. La piste cyclable passe devant. Marché d'Andernos, à 6km, donc facilement accessible, même avec des enfants en bas âge à vélo.
La tempête était passée qq jours avant notre séjour : MR Bousquet nous a remboursé une partie du montant car le jacuzzi ne fonctionnait plus et un arbre avait été arraché. Donc très honnête de sa part. A noter également qu'un des enfants avait cassé une lampe et il ne nous a rien retenu de la caution. Il a donc même été royal!
Merci encore pour ce séjour reposant dans un cadre idyllique au moment de la frénésie des fêtes de fin d'année.

This house is just perfect for a family holiday. Just as nice as the pictures shows and a very high standard.
Our hosts were very friendly and checked that everything was to our satisfaction. Keeping the pool clean and helping us with information abort what beaches and restaurants to go to.
We will hopefully have the possibility to come back again.

Amazing property!
We have just enjoyed a fabulous week at Cabanne 13. The property is beautifully decorated in a contemporary style, with so many tasteful design features - the large, open plan living area is amazing. It was very comfortable and extremely well equipped, even down to the owner’s selection of some fine local wines which you can buy to enjoy at cost price during your stay.
The outside space was perfect. We could enjoy a dip in the heated pool (to 28 degrees), relax in the hot tub, chill out in the sauna, and then cook on the BBQ or outdoor kitchen area and eat on the terrace.
We are a family of 4 with children aged 13 and 11 so they each enjoyed having their own double bedrooms with a shared bathroom, while we had our own room with a lovely en-suite and dressing room. However, the property could easily accommodate 8 with a separate double bedroom in an adjoining annexe to the main building, alongside the pool area.
The owners, Patrick and his wife, were very welcoming and gave us a detailed tour of the property on arrival. They had left lots of tourist information to help us explore the area and even bought in a few essentials like milk and bread as we weren’t due to arrive until late in the evening.
The property is situated in a quiet, residential street in a suburban area. There didn’t seem to be much within walking distance (shops, restaurants etc) but we had hired a car and it was a perfect base from which to explore the area of Arcachon Bay which is just stunning. We would definitely go back to Cabanne 13 in a heartbeat!

Une villa tout confort, le charme d'une construction bois qui rappelle les cabines ostreicoles.
Fourniture linge et vaisselle très complète. Cuisine et buanderie très bien équipée. Tout ce qu'il faut pour préparer un beau repas de fêtes.
Un jacuzzi dont on a profité tous les jours !
Sandrine et Patrick nous ont très bien accueilli, la maison était parfaitement rangée, une déco de noël et le feu allumé.
La maison est bien située, à quelques pas des commerçants du centre d'Arès, de la zone commerciale du Leclerc et du marché d'Andernos.
Qu'il fasse beau ou mauvais dehors, on prend plaisir à passer une journée dans cette maison chaleureuse, chacun y trouve son espace.
Je vous recommande un séjour à la Cabane 13 !

First class facilities exactly as described in this listing. Excellent communication and personal service from the owners. Location is good for visiting Bordeaux (45min) and a beach holiday. Surrounding inlets on Bassin d' Arcachon have lots of nice locations, plus the bonus of Atlantic surfing beaches within 10 km. Good local shopping nearby , plus boutiques, bars and restaurants in Andernos Les Bains (4km).
