The Residencial Prive das Thermas II is an excellent enterprise of the Prive Group in Caldas Novas and is located in the hotel center, counting with ample and beautiful water park with 06 hot pools, and 01 cold, mixed sauna, gym, games room, sports court , peteca court, playground, water slide, restaurant, snack bar, wet bar, waterfalls and covered garage. The apartment has the following characteristics: Suite with queen size double bed (with an auxiliary bed underneath), LCD TV with panel, split air-conditioner, built-in cabinets, a created, full length mirror, a support desk with cabinet and a curtain. Suite bathroom with cabinets, mirror and box in the bath; Single room with a double bed box (double size common), LCD TV with panel, split air-conditioner, full length mirror, fitted wardrobes, a curtain and 02 (two) single mattresses; Social Bathroom with cabinets, mirror and box in the bathroom; Living room with sofa bed (of the type that has an auxiliary bed underneath), LCD TV with panel, sideboard, dining table with 6 comfortable chairs, bar / counter with 4 chairs / stools and 02 (two) ceiling fans with regulation of speed. Note: The carpet may be unavailable for cleaning; American style kitchen with cooktop, electric oven, extractor hood, water filter (cold and normal), refrigerator, microwave, sandwich maker, all mounted in built-in cupboard with utensils (pots, plates, glasses, cutlery, etc); Service Area with mobile and other fixed line; Balcony with granite table and grill with charcoal (grill) and with granite protection for children. All windows, as well as the balcony, have screen protection for children. Well-located, Residencial Prive das Thermas 2 is close to restaurants, bars, handicraft fairs, amusement park, pharmacies, bakers, supermarkets and just 12 minutes walking distance from the city center with many attractions. COMMENTS: 1) The Check In time is 2:00 PM and the Check Out time is 12:00. These schedules can be flexibilized by availability and payment of half a day; 2) It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the apartment; 3) We do not provide bed and bath linen. However, in order to facilitate the stay of our guests, we can provide bed and bath linen for hire. If you are interested please request your quote because the amount will depend on the number of guests. We did not gain anything from this rental of bed and bath linen, just the satisfaction of our guests; 4) The use of the barbecue should be restricted to the occupants of the apartment and should be cleaned after use. To use the barbecue grill it is necessary to remove the plug located on the wall above the barbecue for the exhaust of the smoke, as well as close the doors to the living room and kitchen; 5) It is forbidden to enter pets; 6) The site displays an average rate. Make your query to check the exact amount of the period you want; 7) The condominium charges the value of R $ 10.00 (ten reais) of each guest for an identification bracelet. This amount is payable directly at the concierge of the condominium at the time of entry. Payment is only made once (not a daily rate). Children up to 05 (five) years of age do not pay for this identification bracelet; 8) When an ON-LINE RESERVATION REQUEST or an INSTANT RESERVE REQUEST is made the owner will send a quote according to the number of people indicated by the traveler. In this way, any request for additional guests by the traveler will be analyzed by the owner and, if it is accepted, an extra fee will be charged. O apartamento é excelente. A cozinha muito completa, as camas são confortáveis, tudo muito limpo e organizado. As piscinas são bem limpas e o ambiente é bem familiar. Amamos tudo. Com certeza recomendo! Nota 10!!!

Tudo muito bom. Ambiente muito família, Cozinha mega equipada, piscinas são limpas todos os dias apesar que os próprios usuários sujam muito as piscinas ao invés de usar os banheiros (mas isso infelizmente acontece em todos os lugares que já fomos). Mas com certeza está entre os melhores hotéis/residencial/pousada que já hospedamos.

Um das melhores e mais confortável viagem que fizemos à Caldas Novas. Apartamento acima da média, estrutura de muito bom gosto e confortável. Parque aquático excelente, embora nossa viagem tenha sido em período de férias escolares e o parque aquático com muitas pessoas, as piscinas sempre limpíssimas, grande diferencial também se comparado a outras estadias em Caldas Novas. Dois únicos pontos que faço uma crítica construtiva são: Primeiro por ser um período de férias escolares e o público mais voltado a famílias com filhos, faltou um momento de recreação para as crianças na área de piscinas; outra observação é o processo de marcação de mesmas que ocorre no parque aquático, muitos hóspedes deixavam mesas marcadas em locais de maior conforto na área das piscinas, e no outro dia se quer apareciam no clube parte da manhã, fato que foi reclamado junto aos funcionários do hotel, contudo sem solução, relatando me que a marcação de mesas era um procedimento normal. No mais Leonardo e Luana, obrigado por nós acolher tão bem nossa família em seu apartamento, nós sentimos no conforto do nosso lar. Super indico a locação deste imóvel. Abraços Carlos e Família!!!

Não poderíamos ter feito escolha melhor. Já havíamos ficado em outros apartamentos em Caldas Novas, mas o da Luana e do Leonardo nos surpreendeu, como meu noivo comentou: "Daria para morarmos perfeitamente". Parabéns pelo capricho na decoração e disponibilidade em abastecer o apartamento com diversos utensílios domésticos: tem tudo. Quanto a localização não está no centrinho, mas nada que impeça de ir todos os dias (a pé fica um cadinho distante, mas de carro é rapidinho e sempre se acham vagas). Que os hospedes cuidem direitinho do apartamento porque merece esse cuidado. Pretendemos voltar outras vezes e já os indicamos para amigos. Obrigada.
