Nestled in Quarteira, this attractive condo for $113 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment (sleeps 4) is situated in a lovely peaceful development featuring well kept gardens and a large inviting communal pool. The apartment is fully furnished with air conditioning, fully fitted kitchen, 32' flat screen TV, DVD , Freeview channels, Wifi. The rooms are all very large with a large balcony that looks out on to the pool/garden area. It is suitable for families, couples/ singles, golfers & has lift access. Vilamoura is only a 25 minute car journey from the airport. It has a wonderful vibrant Marina which has many restaurants, bars & shops. There is also a casino. The immaculate blue flag beaches are long with soft white sand. The combination of the superb apartment & the Vilamoura area will make for a fabulous holiday. Large 2 bed apartment near beach & marina: This large apartment is located a 15 minute stroll from the Marina & beaches of Vilamoura. It is a straightforward 25 minutes journey from Faro airport to the apartment. The taxi fare from the airport is approx. 35 euros and uber is fully operational across The Algarve. The Marina is a vibrant place that has many very good restaurants & bars. It is a good place to sit & have a glass of wine & watch the holidaymakers stroll by. There is a casino that regularly has live shows. You will see some fabulous boats moored in the Marina, some of which can be hired. The 2 beaches, Falesia & Marina are long stretches of soft white sand. They have umbrellas & sun loungers that can be hired. There are several beach bars/restaurants that sit overlooking the sea. The apartment is one of the largest in the Praia Village development. With the beautifully manicured gardens & large pool area it feels like a peaceful oasis perfect for relaxing. The apartment is fully air conditioned. It has an entrance hall with entry phone. Leading from the over sized lounge is the fully equipped kitchen which has a table & chairs, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven & hob. The lounge has large patio doors that lead out on to the balcony which is furnished with a table & comfortable chairs & 2 sun loungers & looks on to the gardens & pool. The master bedroom has two single beds, dressing table, mirrors, wardrobe & patio doors leading on to the balcony. The 2nd bedroom is a good size with 2 single beds, chest drawers,, mirror & wardrobe. The lounge has three 2 seater sofas. There is a 32' flat screen TV with free-view channels + DVD player and a selection of DVD's, dining table & 6 chairs. The apartment is very spacious. One of the great things with the apartment is its location. It really is a 15 minute stroll to the beach & Marina (3 minutes by car). We have provided sun loungers for your use around the garden & pool area. There is also a cool bag & ice packs that you are free to use. A hairdryer is also provided for your use. We request that on the day of departure the apartment is vacated by 10am & is available from 3pm on the day of arrival. This is to ensure that enough time is given to thoroughly clean the apartment. (Those with early arrival flight times may be able to gain early access if you contact me to arrange this & I will do my best to help you). The apartment is fully licenced and complies with all aspects when renting required by Portuguese Law. Tourist License number 20073/AL

The property was spacious as was the balcony however we only had 10% of balcony sun. Neither of the bathrooms had anti slip mats or grab rail to aid safety when having a shower.
Maid service was non existent as promised, towels and bed linen we had to wash these ourselves. The en-suite bedroom mattresses offered little comfort.
Noise, on going building work in the vicinity, sound traveled from neighbours and including barking dogs.
I was disappointed there was no seating around the pool other than sun beds which unfortunately were much to low for my use.

As the other reviews say , great sized apartment on a great location. Well stocked and services by a great pool and surroundings gardens .
10 mins walk to the harbour and close to supermarket and pharmacy. Beach within walking distance.
Owners attended to a couple of questions very quickly .

Brilliant holiday at this very spacious apartment! Has everything you need. We travelled with children. Pool was lovely and had a nice family atmosphere. Easy walk to shop and marina although didn’t want to do it more than once a day so the days we went to the beach in the day we either stayed in or went to a closer restaurant. Uber also very easy to get and cheaper than UK too! Thanks for easy check in and contact etc we had a fab holiday

Had a fabulous time. The apartment is spacious, spotless and lovely setting. The balcony is large and has 2 sun and a large patio table and chairs. The sun is on the balcony for most of the day. There is a communal pool area which we did not use but is well maintained and has sun all day. There is a large well equipped kitchen. The marina is in walking distance. Overall brilliant, spacious, spotless and good location and has everything you need. Would not hesitate to come here again.

The listing and photographs of this property were absolutely first class as the apartment was as seen within the VRBO website listing. Didn't put a rating in for the property manager as we never had the need to utilise their services. I would highly recommend this spacious apartment as it is easily big enough for 4no. adults or a family sharing. It has everything you will need to be self sufficient. Location 10 minutes to the shops and 15 minute walk to the marina. First Class Apartment, the owner should be proud of it.

Stayed for 9 nights in August. The apartment was very nice, clean and far bigger than we expected. Its a good location approximately 14 min walk to the marina and about the same to the beach. The supermarket is short walk also around 8 mins. The pool is large, clean and surrounding area looks nice. It was never overly croweded so plenty room for everyone. It's great for families! Each apartment has thier own dedicated sunbeds by the pool. For this apartment 4 were available which was perfect for us. Vilamoura Marina is fantastic, great atmosphere and plenty of restaurants. We have been before and will be going back again. Communication with the apartment owner was very good. He always responded immediately to any questions I had. (Thanks Alan!) Overall, I would recommend this apartment. A fantastic holiday!

Praia Village - Vilamoura
My family and I have just returned from spending 8 nights staying at Alan's apartment. The apartment was fantastic. It was ideal for my family of 4 with lots of space, clean, secure and has a great balcony where you can sunbathe or sit in the shade to cool down.
The complex is fantastic too. The swimming pool is ideal for families, with shallow and deeper areas, and there were 4 sunbeds for use by the pool which were only for this apartment.
It was around 10 minutes walk to the supermarket and a further 5 to 10 minute walk to the marina. This was our first visit to Vilamoura and Portugal and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Communication from the owner was outstanding and any questions we had before arriving were all answered promptly.
We have already booked the apartment again for next year as we enjoyed our holiday so much.

Firstly Alan was a dream to deal with, now on to the apartment, it's was amazing, very big, clean, great view of the pool from the balcony and had everything that you need to enjoy your holiday. It was in a great location, easy walk to the beach, marina, restaurants and bars . We would happily return as we thought it was ace!

This is a great place to stay for a short walk into valamoura marina or the beach. It is spotless and spacious. I would definitely stay here again.

High class property, a little too far from the centre and amenities, no bar or restaurant on site.
Lovely modern well maintained property with beautiful pool. It would have been nice to have a pool bar or supermarket on site. It was quite a walk from town centre especially in hot sun.

It’s difficult to add anything more to all the reviews of this property , but having holiday’d in owners properties for over 10 years this apartment is one of the best.
Great location for the marina and golf courses, I’m in no doubt we will return in the future.

2nd stay - perfect holiday
We stayed in this apartment 2 years ago and it was just as good as last time.
The property is well appointed and spacious and now has 2 sets of twin beds which would work well for different groups and families.
There are now 4 dedicated sun beds around the pool area which were for the sole use of this apartment.
It is only about a 15 minute walk from the marina but set back in a quiet area of the town.
If we return to Vilamoura we would definitely book this apartment again.

Excellent property with everything you need furnished to high standard and extremely clean. 10 minute nice walk on the flat into town. Property has 1 of the best balconies in Praia Village which gets the sun until last thing in the evening and theyhave 2 sun loungers on the balcony also! Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Great location, once found the short cuts to get to the Marina and Beach, which was the a short walk. No car necessary.

Apartment is superb, exactly as described. We know the area anyway so we were looking for a place convenient for the marina but not too close to it. This was ideal. Great size rooms, excellent kitchen and lounge. Highly recommended. We will be back.

We had a lovely stay, the apartment was fabulous with a lovely quiet location & secure pool area which was clean & well look after. The apartment was immaculately clean & very spacious with everything you needed for a home from home. Great location for Vilamoura marina with a 10 minute walk and a 5 minute walk to the supermarket, phamarcy & bank. The apartment complex is situated in a lovely quiet location which made relaxing by the pool fantastic. Alan the owner was a joy to deal with and was flexible to our checking in needs due to a late flight out on day of departure which made our stay stress free. Would highly recommend this apartment and will definitely return, great place and fantastic value for money! Thank you Alan for a wonderful stay! 😊
