Location, clean , great staff
Breakfast has not changed for years . Need bigger area and more staff on grill . Also bigger plates as it gets annoying having to use small ones .

At over £300 per night you would expect to have the ability to iron your clothes and have free water in the room!

The hotel is very clean and the location is great. Staff at breakfast and behind the bar were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was excellent and the pool areas had plenty of loungers. Free pool towels was an added bonus.
I booked a twin room and was disappointed. For a 4 star hotel I would have expected a little more. No iron or ironing board, no kettle / mugs / tea or coffee. No spare towels and the hairdryer is fixed to the wall in the bathroom. Bed, pillows and linen were basic but ok. The room is small with no balcony which makes it feel even smaller and it is difficult to dry wet and sandy beachwear. For nearly 1000 euros for 4 nights, I would expect a little more than I got.
