This villa in Cannes was so perfect for us that I almost want to keep it a secret! We were 10 people, 4 kids; 3 girls aged 10 sleeping together in one king size bed and our 8 year old boy alone on the sleeping couch just outside the bedrooms. Each adult couple had a comfortable large bed. Easy to regulate the temperature in each bedroom. All facilities worked without problems the whole week. It is located about 10 minutes walk to nearest grocery store, bakery the same. But we didn’t mind a morning stroll to pick up fresh bread. A really quiet and pleasant neighborhood. Beautiful chapel Bellini located just outside the property. Probably a good idea to have a rental car if you want to get around easy, especially if you want to go outside of Cannes. We took the train to Antibes which also worked fine. Great communication with owners. Highly recommend villa TSAVORITE!

We had a lovely time staying at Villa Tsavorite! The host Jean-Marc was super, and met my parents and got them checked in and had a drink together. Plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We used the pool almost every day as it's a decent walk up hill from town, so a great way to cool off before dinner. We also had a BBQ and had a few meals out on the patio. The landscaping is wonderful!

The gated villa is located in a beautiful residential neighbourhood a short walk from the centre of Cannes. The layout of the villa and room sizes were perfect for our group. The public areas accommodated all the differing needs of our family, with 4 double bedrooms, a large central dining area, a comfortable adult sitting room, a separate light and airy lounge downstairs, and a further living room area upstairs. The kitchen was well-equipped to cope with cooking for our large group. We spent much of our time in the front patio and pool areas. The youngsters never left the pool and 2 of them were swimming unsupported within a couple of days of our arrival. Our hosts, Jean-Marc and Sylvia, were exceptionally helpful and provided a wealth of info about local amenities (as well as a generous welcome package!). They were so accommodating and it was clearly important to them that we enjoyed our stay at the villa. We would highly recommend this villa to families or other groups visiting the area. Fantastic home in Cannes
Great home with good space for a group of big family. Location is ideal, very close to all exciting places to visit in Cannes. If you are coming to the Cannes Festival / Lions this is an ideal place.
The hosts Sylvia et Jean-Marc were very helpful and kind with us. We will come back again!

Amazing villa in perfect location
Our family of 5 (2 adultes and 3 kids ages 9, 12 and 15) decided to take a quick break from Colorado and come to Cannes during fall break. We were lucky to find this rental. You can’t beat the location: a short 15min walk to the Croisette, and easy access to all convenient stores (bakery, grocery store, etc..). The setting of the villa is also prefect, in a quiet neighborhood, and with the villa facing South, perfect sun exposure. The pool is big and was perfect for our family. I noticed that all bedrooms have AC, which we didn’t need in October, but would definitely be a plus in the summer!
And finally, Jean Marc and Sylvia were fantastic hosts. They responded very quickly to all inquiries, and were so kind and friendly. We were greated with a bottle of champagne and a bottle of rosé, and fresh flowers throughout the house!
Definitely planning on coming back next summer!!

Had a lovely peaceful stay in this villa. The pool was lovely and the planting around this and the patio area make it all look very pretty. With ample sitting and loungers outside we could spread out and find our own little corners. The same could be said for the inside of the villa with several areas to relax in. The air-con in the bedrooms was a blessing as it was very hot during our stay. The villa was perfect and well equipped with everything we needed. Location wise, we couldn't have asked for more with 15 - 20min walk into the centre of Cannes. Be prepared though as it's uphill on the way back. J-Marc and Sylvia are lovely and nothing was too much. Would highly recommed. Kim

We ( a family with 4 children aged 11-16) had a wonderful week staying at Jean-Marc and Sylvia's fantastic house in Cannes. The house is in a very quiet, leafy part of the city, looking onto the beautiful Chapelle Bellini. The house is very spacious, with 4 large bedroom, and lots of living space for people to spread out, plus a well equipped kitchen. The pool and outdoor area and garden are great, and we spent a fair bit of our time relaxing there, having a BBQ, playing table tennis. The owners are very kind and thoughtful- the house was full of fresh flowers, they had left us gifts of wine and champagne and on our last morning they brought us fresh pastries, plus a present from their recent trip to Italy. The location is of course fantastic for going into the heart of Cannes itself or the beach (a 20 min walk or a 10 min drive) and to explore the area more widely. We had trips all around, and would recommend going to the Isle Sainte-Marguerite for a day, and also to take the boat to the little harbours and beaches of Theoule sur Mer and around. A wonderful house, we would love to return!

Wonderful Villa, wonderful hosts and wonderful memories!
We had a great time time at this beautiful villa. It was spotlessly clean, lovely fresh flowers in the main rooms and even wine in the refrigerator. Jean Marc and Sylvia went out their way to make our stay trouble free and comfortable. We were traveling with our grand daughter from Paris and Jean Marc was so nice and picked us up at the train station. Sylvia also took us to the grocery store so we could stock up on food for the baby. What thoughtful and kind people! This has been the best experience we have ever had at a home rental!

Everything I was hoping for.
The house and the stay lived up to everything I could expect. The family loved it. We were a party of six all together. If I would have any remarks, it would be the fan on the pool heater that is placed near the pool. It is notable and there comes a point where It gets pretty annoying to have to listen to all day. And also you should know about the church bell on the church right next door is announcing it's presence every 30 minutes of the day( only during the day from morning till 10pm). I find it charming, but I can also sleep through an earthquake. But regardless of that, I will gladly recommend this place.

We spent 10 gorgeous days in this wonderful house. There were fresh flowers waiting for us upon our arrival. We felt right at home as soon as we entered the house. The place is very well furnished and it has everything you might need during your stay. It is closely located to the beach and numerous restaurants and shopping. Yet, it is situated in a very upscale and quite location tucked away from any traffic and noise. We used the house as a base to visit the nearby cities and attractions. It was awesome to come back from a long day exploring Cannes and it’s surroundings and to hop in the heated pool. We also took advantage of the nice BBQ setup and outdoor lounging and dining area. The farewell croissants that Jean-Marc brought to us before we depart had the best taste ever. We will definitely visit again and will recommend Jean-Marc and Sylvia ‘s house to anyone that wishes to explore the Riviera in style.

The best holiday we have had!!!
The villa is perfect.. So much bigger than the photos look liked. The house is beautifully decorated, perfect for families and very clean and light. The garden is beautiful and the pool the perfect temperature. You really do not need to leave the house
The location is very quiet, yet 10 minutes walk to the shops and 20 minutes to the beach of Cannes.
The owners are amazing!!! very friendly, warm and accommodating. Are always willing to help with anything.
I could not recommend any more. WE WILL BE BACK!!

When we arrived at the house, I was absolutely shocked by the beauty of the house, the garden and the pool. It is within a quiet private development. We could see the tower of Chapelle Berlini from our house, which rings beautifully. The house is so much more spacious than the pictures show. So is the garden. I think we could park at least 5 cars.
The house looks traditional from outside, but the landlord added a modern twist when they renovated it. The openness of the rooms and the beautiful and comfortable furniture are all so well presented. You have everything you need in the kitchen.
The supermarket and the local town centre are only 10 minutes walk away. The train station is about 15 minutes. The sea front is about 20 minutes walk.
We had BBQ almost every evening using the hug gas BBQ in the front garden by the pool. Having dinner on the big dinner table in front of the pool was the highlight of our day.
The weather was beautiful. The pool was very warm. We have a soak in the pool everyday.
The landlord and landlady are so friendly, they welcomed us when we arrived and saw us off when we left. We received several presents from them include the lovely croissants. They even provided travel books in several languages.
We will definitely go back again! The pictures definitely don't justify the beauty and luxuriousness of the property. Jean-Marc and Sylvia are so kind and friendly.

Lovely Villa, Great Owners and Fab Location
This is the fifth year we have stayed at this Villa and every time it is better. It feels like our home in Cannes once a year. Jean Marc and Sylvia ensure that there are fresh flowers around the house and it is always immaculately clean. The layout is great and area is peaceful but very close to the Croisette. There is a supermarket close by and the pool area is south facing so is always in the sun.
I would not hesitate to recommend this place. Happy Anniversary Jean Marc and Sylvia - I look forward to seeing you next year.

Fanstastic!
We stayed in la Tsavorite in August for 10 days and absolutely loved it. The house is everything that we hoped for. Both Sylvia and Jean-Marc were fantastic hosts and welcomed us with fresh flowers and champagne. The pool was perfect for the children (our three year old son learned how to swim there!) as well as for the adults. The house has plenty of lovely areas to relax in and has everything one would need to feel at home. We used the grill almost everyday which was a real treat. We would recommend this house to anyone that wants to relax in luxurious surroundings and enjoy the charms of Cannes and the French Riviera. The house was perfectly clean and the pool and garden were well kept. The location allows one to walk to the Croisette and explore the surrounding areas. We can't wait to come back and enjoy the charms of la Tsavorite again!

Perfect host and an amazing villa
We are a party for 4 adults and 3 children (10,10,9)
This is our 2nd stay at La Tsavorite and returning again was just like arriving home. We were unpacked and settled around the pool within the hour!
Jean-Marc gave us the warmest of welcomes and left us to our holiday. In the fridge was a cold bottle of champers and water for the children; fresh flowers in the main living areas - It is these little touches that make the stay so special.
Our daily routine was walking downhill to the supermarket in the morning to collect the croissants / bread / lunch (and of course lots of wine) and then relaxing round the pool until early evening. We found a gem of the restaurant called Le Jardin Restaurant which was about 10 minutes walk from the villa. From the outside it looks like a small bar - but once you walk through to the main restaurant you can enjoy fantastic al-fresco dining. (we couldn't believe that we had walked past here daily last year and not visited!)
Throughout the stay Jean Marc was contactable by email and phone and nothing is too much trouble for this wonderful host. Everything is provided for your enjoyment and it makes for a very relaxing and carefree holiday.
We have no hesitation in recommending this property and look forward to returning again next year.

Great Location and Fabulous Villa
This was the 4th time we have stayed at Villa La Tsavorite en Provence. As always the place was immaculate with lovely fresh flowers throughout. The showers are powerful and the property has everything you need and more. Jean-Marc and Sylvia are very welcoming and helpful along with their daughter Olivia who checked us out at the end of our trip. It is just a 10-15 minute walk from The Croisette but still very quiet and peaceful. The rooms are all large and comfortable with lovely furnishings. We will return next year and look forward to our stay.

Wow! An amazing villa
As a party of 7 (4 adults and 3 children) we found this villa to be absolutely perfect for our needs. The pool and outside area is just fantastic, it is spacious and relaxing with all home comforts. The house itself is extremely comfortable with different areas to relax and chill in and is equipped with everything you need and more! The table tennis and gas bbq were put to good use and enjoyed by all. The location was perfect for us, quiet but within easy reach of La Croisette and local shops and restaurants. The surrounding cities such as Nice, Monaco and Frejus are easily accessible. Finally Jean-Marc and Sylvia were absolutely fantastic with all communication responding to any questions or queries with speedy and friendly replies. Upon arrival the villa was filled with gorgeous flower displays throughout and complimentary wine and champagne were waiting which was greatly appreciated. We cannot fault anything about our stay at La Tsavorite and would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family. Thank you Jean-Marc and Sylvia for a wonderful family holiday that we will not forget.

Just beautiful
We returned yesterday from a one week stay at La Tsavorite. The villa is amazing and is a perfect place to stay whilst visiting Cannes and the surrounding areas.
As a party of 7 (4 adults/3children) the villa was everything we needed.
We paid for the pool to be heated and the kids spent a majority of their time in there, whilst the adults relaxed.
Sylvia and Jean Marc were amazing hosts and we really love their attention to every detail in the villa.
I cannot recommend this villa enough!

Our party of 6 adults and 3 children (x2 2 year olds and 11 months) spent 7 nights at the villa and would thoroughly recommend to others. Right from initial enquiry Jean-Marc answered all our queries swiftly and made the whole process seamless . Even arranging taxis to pick us up and drop us off from Nice airport with cars seats for the children and did a grocery shop which was waiting for us at the villa, very much appreciated with 3 children to feed quickly after a flight! On arrival at the villa both Jean-Marc and Sylvia greeted our party and showed us around. The wine and champagne which was waiting was also appreciated !

Beautiful Villa, perfect for our conference!
This was our second visit to La Tsavorite and it was as brilliant as the last time. The villa is clean and Jean Marc had brought fresh flowers which was a lovely touch. The villa is a 10 minute walk from the Croisette but the location is quiet and peaceful which was perfect after a hectic day in meetings! The beds are very comfortable and the decor is great, very unique furniture which gives it a homely feel. We will be staying here again for MIPIM next year and we are already looking forward to it. Jean-Marc helped us to book taxis and left lots of useful information for us too. Thank you to Jean-Marc and Sylvia, we look forward to next year.

A Fabulous place to stay
We were a group of 6 friends traveling together from Australia. We found the Villa absolutely wonderful ....we didn't have a car so we walked everywhere, the trek to the shops and Cannes Center was quite easy a little harder on the way back with groceries but no way unachievable . Jean Marc and Sylvia are the most gracious of hosts....i unfortunately needed to see a doctor while i was there and jean marc came and picked me up and took me and then bought me home again ...he really went out of his way for us......i couldn't recommend the villa highly enough to anyone wanting a villa that is in a lovely quiet part of Cannes but easily accessible to the city center..the taxi service is excellent as well and quite cheap ....a big thankyou to Jean Marc and Sylvia

Villa La Tsavorite really is something special! We arrived late on Friday to such a warm welcome by Jean Marc and Sylvia who truly could not have been more friendly or hospitable. We felt at home as soon as we arrived. Such a stunning home filled with beautiful art and decor from all around the world. The photos just do not give this house justice. It is immaculate and so spacious - we couldn't have been happier anywhere else. With the villa being so relaxing, beautiful and well equipped we found ourselves wanting to stay here during our holiday and soak up the sun and bath in the pool. The forecast had not looked great however the French rain ONE day wouldn't even be classified as a shower in Scotland. Central Cannes is a short walk away, along with a choice of boulangeries to choose fresh bakery from daily, the supermarket kept us supplied and so we enjoyed using the BBQ on the nights we didn't go into town. The villa is so well equipped and serviced - it really ticks every box for a perfect villa holiday!
We are planning our return to this wonderful home and hold such fond memories of our time here. We cannot thank Jean Marc and Sylvia enough. As the scots would say, we shall "haste ye back"

Fabulous villa
Villa La Tsavorite really is something special! We arrived late on Friday to such a warm welcome by Jean Marc and Sylvia who truly could not have been more friendly or hospitable. We felt at home as soon as we arrived. Such a stunning home filled with beautiful art and decor from all around the world. The photos just do not give this house justice. It is immaculate and so spacious - we couldn't have been happier anywhere else. With the villa being so relaxing, beautiful and well equipped we found ourselves wanting to stay here during our holiday and soak up the sun and bath in the pool. The forecast had not looked great however the French rain ONE day wouldn't even be classified as a shower in Scotland. Five of us stayed at 'La Tsavorite' for the week during MIPIM. The Villa is very well decorated throughout with large living areas and bedrooms. The walk to the Croisette was easy and on one straight road.
Jean-Marc and Silvia were very helpful throughout our stay, meeting us upon arrival and answering any questions. They were very hospitable.
The villa is in a very quiet location which was much needed during a busy week and was spotless on arrival.
Thank you Jean-Marc and Sylvia for a really enjoyable stay.
