Very homely and exceptionally clean. The hosts were lovely, welcoming and went above and beyond to accommodate us. Breakfast was really nice, and we enjoyed chatting with some of the other guests. The cats were also a lovely bonus and we really enjoyed their company. The location was peaceful and quiet while still being close to Burnham, which was ideal. We really enjoyed the hot tub and appreciated being given a later check-out to make up for the later check-in. Overall, it was a very enjoyable and relaxing stay.
The main thing that affected our stay was finding it a little difficult to fully switch off, as there were quite a few knocks on the door or window, including after we had settled down for bed, sometimes to move the car or just have a chat. We also felt a little exposed using the hot tub with people occasionally walking past the window. The TV in the room wasn’t working, although we were able to use the lounge instead.

Very friendly, welcoming couple who were keen to make my stay as comfortable as possible and happy to provide information as needed. Bed and bedroom very comfortable and clean. Super big towels and ethical toiletries. Generous vegetarian breakfast with fresh fruit salad, range of cereals, juice, choice of freshly made toast and such a big selection of spreads/preserves ! Great coffee and choice of teas. Flexible breakfast time to meet my schedule. Lovely to be able to sit and relax indoors or in their lovely garden - the shade very much appreciated. Easy to find. Well located for trips to Glastonbury. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
At the moment (this is likely to change) my shower was over the bath and it was a bit of a high edge to climb over. As someone beaten me to to it, I had to park nearby on the road. Neither of these are major things and would not stop me going back.

Close to areas of my interest.
Excellent breakfast.
Very nice bed.
Friendly and very helpful hosts. They were extremely supportive when I had a flat tyre.
Limited close parking area. The one area available was a bit tricky for me to access although the host parked easily.
