Lo que más me gusto fue el trato personalizado, amable y servicial de Byron, el administrador del lugar. Me permitió dejar mi equipaje guardado mientras salí a dar una vuelta esperando que arreglaran la habitación pues llegué muy temprano. Me dio consejos a donde ir a comprar una artesanía que necesitaba, asumió el trámite con una Dry Cleaning para una ropa que necesitaba tener lista para una reunión y siempre con un buen modo. Excelente persona.
La ducha de agua caliente daba poca agua y apenas tibia, y para peores, fueron días muy fríos. Luego y si bien de la puerta hacia dentro del lugar todo estuvo muy bien, la zona da una sensación de que debe tenerse mucho cuidado, De hecho solo me movilice con Uber llegando a la puerta. Sin embargo también debo ser honesto que no vi nada raro en el tiempo que estuve ahí y el trato gentil de Byron y el ambiente hogareño del lugar, compensó estos detalles. Por último sugiero que en la noche se ponga una luz, aunque sea tenue, en la zona de las habitaciones, pues hace mucha falta.

- se dice en la descripción que tiene vista a lugares de interés y solo se ven negocios de cambio de neumáticos.

The host were amazing, probably the most gentle and friendly host I’ve had. I broke my ankle and they did their best to cure me. The room was very comfortable with an original decoration. The Wi-Fi is good and the price is more than worth it. Definitely recommend it !

The owner was able to speak english, private parking for car indoor, good value for the money, clean and equiped room, rooftop terrace. Great communication and well secured property
Not corresponding location on Booking (use Waze navigation instead), rather tight for 5 people (but enough for only a night),

The proprietary was very kind and the room was good. The plants that I see there made the place more appreciated. However, the location of the hotel was hard to find, not good restaurants near (tires and auto mechanic neighbor), and was not enough near to the airport.
The location was not enough near to the airport for me and not enough good to eat near or to know more about Guatemala City..

The owner was helpful. The room is big. We arrived by car and we could park inside in garage.

Bayron was so helpful, kind and answered every question I had. He was able to pick me up at the airport for the same price as white taxis request (10 USD).
This was one of the highlights of my world tour as you practically live an urban Guatemalese lifestyle.
The bed and the room were very clean and had everything I needed (soap, towel etc).
To visit the city, I recommend to use Uber which is quite cheap, otherwise you have to walk around 45 mins to get to city center.
I will definitely do not hesitate to come back here.
The garden rooftop gives an amazing view.

The street can be quite loud (traffic and tyre garage), even around dawn. So take earplugs if you are sensitive to noise.

In spite of my late arrival the owner was waiting, and took the time to show me how things worked.
The street has a "commercial" feel to it, with few shops and the like nearby. There's no breakfast available and I couldn't find anywhere to eat the next morning. If I'd been staying longer I'm sure I'd have found a cafe or a shop to stock up with a few things, but as I was leaving that morning I didn't have a chance to explore.

The guatemalean hospitality was remarkable in the person of the host, Bayron, who kept me well informed about any question I could have regarding his home city.
The fact that exist several streets with the same number or name in Guatemala City, which could be a bit confusing when give directions to the taxi driver
