Het zwembad was fijn. Het water was erg aangenaam. Het was fijn dat er in alle kamers Airco was en een ventilator. Verder genoeg borden en bestek en een water zuivering apparaat. Het gebouw/straatje waar het appartement zich bevindt is nog volop in bloei. Je had een aantal eettentjes beneden.

Bij het zwembad waren geen ligbedjes. Er staan twee bankjes waar je al je spullen op moet neerzetten. Het appartement oogt veel mooier op de foto’s dan in werkelijkheid en is aan onderhoud nodig. De muren zijn beschadigd en de badkamer zijn vol roest en kalk/schimmel vlekken. De voegen zijn geel. De bedden (matrassen) zijn allemaal super hard. De kussens weer zacht of hard. Ik had echt het idee dat ik een aantal dagen op steen sliep. Elke dag wakker worden met rug/nek pijn op je vakantie is geen pretje. Als ik dit eerder had geweten had ik dit appartement niet geboekt. Er is zoveel meer voor een betere prijs.

Great all around stay with a great view of the city

The location is decent enough, a grab or a 30min walk to the center of the Town away. It was clean, the rooms had good AC and fans, a lot of towels for four people (shower, pool) so that we did not need to use our own. Great storage, all the amenities - we used the washing machine and it worked. I would stay here again, it was cosy and you had restaurants, food markets and everything just around the corner.

Stay away and save your money.

Location is good. Despite many failures of the property, the staff were extremely responsive.

I will preface this by saying the day to day staff were excellent and quickly responded to our many issues which was appreciated. However…. The properties are pretty run down and the pictures do not represent the true state of the properties. They are in general very grimy, with dirty bathrooms including mouldy ceilings in one of the bathrooms. In our first property, there were electrical issues with the electricity/AC cutting off at night. An electrician was swiftly sent over the following morning. Some lights wiring was burnt and the problem was allegedly fixed, but the same happened the following night. In the end, we were offered a refund for the two nights and moved to another property. At the new property, just as my 18 month old baby was running around, we noticed that nearly all the windows were broken. The locks of the windows, that could be opened at waist height of my baby were all broken. They could just be pushed open. The property was on the 16th floor and I cannot even imagine what could have happened if my baby had of pushed/climbed the windows! Staff were responsive and sent someone over at 21.30 at night. However, the windows were beyond repair and some tape was applied to keep them closed for the night!! This was the final straw for us and we requested a full refund and we would leave the property the following day. Again, the staff were quick and responsive and approved the full refund. We were never so happy to have left a rental property, ever! Beyond the health and safety issues at these properties, they are no where near a 4 star rating and I am very surprised to see such high ratings. While the day to day staff are excellent, I do question how much the actual owner of this large holiday rental business invests into their properties. They need to take some responsibility for the ailing of their service. The properties are also over priced.

nice and great

i like the most about this suites is the ambience, the space and the kelengkapan was all great. the lift waiting is bearable.

the katil are somehow sedikit keras, ive read some of the review and i can relate. it’s not the typical hotel type or any room you booked. second, there were too many warning or precaution if we broke something, i feel like being monitored with all things i used. such as if theres any burn mark on iron board, there is additional charge. it’s a bit unnecessary for me. the pool rules is so strict.

Overall, satisying as host is very accommodative.

Ambience is vibrant. Kitchen comes with an LG water dispenser which makes it very convenient for my baby and i was given a baby crib as host knew I have a baby with me. Thoughtful!

Didnt like the spiral way leading up to the parking at Level 6.

Penang Trip Stay at 218 Macalister

It was a pleasure staying at this apartment, which is within close proximity from many places of interest. The staff were also very helpful in assisting us with the check in and check out process, as well as replying fast when we require assistance. We enjoyed our stay and will recommend for others as well. :)

There was a sudden water disruption during my last night there. However, staff was quick to rectify the issue by the morning. Overall, the stay was pleasant, if I have to nitpick, there could be more PowerPoints installed as only 1 bedroom has it.

Highly recommended stay for family

Very clean, property was very well maintained. With water filter dispenser which was very convenient when bringing baby.

The doors! The room doors were super noisy, especially the toilet door next to my room. Closing and locking was very loud.

Comfortable bed, the air conditioners provided for all room and living room, the facilities are amazing Nearby hospital Pulau pinang, has heater for each bathroom

The parking provided at high level but its fine. Only it make you feel a bit dizzy. Staff did not place the key at the mailbox when we arrived. Have to wait for awhile

Swimming pool and play equipment for kids

Very busy lobby Not very friendly guard, didn’t try to engage with any one. Very impersonal. Guard in the swimming pool kept wanting us to give him our phone numbers. Very hot gymnasium.

Overall stay was comfortable!! 😃😃

Location of the property is quite good. Given the property is newly constructed all appliances were working smoothly.

The plug point in the kitchen was literally catering for 3 electrical appliances I.e. electric kettle, toaster and microwave. It would have been good if an extension for multiple plug points could be provided.

Location wise, the best! Great view. Nice decoration. Helpful host. Had 2 parkings lot ( tandem- so need to plan whose car should be at the front). Had 2 access cards and sets of keys. Got washing machine. However I'm not so sure if the machine has drying function. There were no area to hang the laundry.

Strict rule/ inconsistent rule at the pool. On our 1st day, we went to the main pool with kids, and we supervised them. After we finished , we went to the changes room to change. When we were out from the pool, there were traces of water drops until we reach the changing room. We have no issues at all on our 1st day. The guards were there all the time. However, on then 2nd day the guards did not allow the kids to swim at the main pool and he complained of the traces of water drop. Nevertheless, he was nice and polite. We just respected him because probably he was just doing his job based on his understanding ( but we did read the rules and regulations stick at the wall. It was not stated that kids are not allowed in the main pool).

The location is good, shopping is perfect. We feel comfortable.

The utensils are not enough, only one spoon and one fork there, many knives.

Very straight forward check in procedure. clear instructions given one day before arrival. Just follow to the T. the place is near many eateries. All within walking distance. In fact the famous Ghee Hiang is just next door.

The parking at Lvl 6 can be a challenge but this is actually the developer's fault. The design of the ramp up, though gentle is too tight a radius and the parking too high up at lvl 6. So it may pose a challenge to passengers as the car wind up to lvl 6. Drivers MUST drive slow especially if you have kids.

Seaview was breath taking

I enjoyed my stay with my family. Cleanliness is top notch. Easy access to parking and there are plenty of access to food at the ground floor and walking distance. I will definitely recommend and will come again for another trip. Worth it totally!
