Absolut traumhafte Lage mit Blick auf den Hafen und aufs Meer. Auch zu Fuß ist man schnell in der Stadt, Restaurants und Bars findet man gleich um die Ecke. Die Sonneneinstrahlung (im Sommer) aufgrund der großen Fensterflächen im Aufenthaltsraum lässt sich mit einer modernen Klimaanlage gut kompensieren.
Die schöne Aussicht im vierten Stock "bezahlt" man mit vier engen Treppen, es gibt keinen Aufzug! Wenn man Pech hat und keinen kostenfreien Parkplatz findet (wir hatten Glück!), können die Parkgebühren ins Geld gehen.

The view, the brightness and airiness. Privacy. The furniture and accessories were plentiful. Nice location. Close enough to down town but still quiet. Host was very responsive.
8 flights of stairs and no elevator. Would have liked to have an extra towel each. All instructions were French, no accommodation for English patrons.
