Exactly as described, the hosts were very friendly and responsive!!
Be aware the stairs are a bit narrow if you have large suitcases from travel

Great location: Just a 7-minute walk from the main bus station, making it ideal for visiting Manuel Antonio and Uvita. Unlike hillside stays, everything is walkable—I didn’t need a taxi at all.
Easy transport: Buses to Manuel Antonio run every 15–20 minutes and its pretty cheap (370 colones, less than 1 dollar)
Excellent host: Clear communication and helpful local hints.
Comfort & amenities: Well-equipped kitchen, fridge, air-con, toilet/bathroom equipped with towels, soap, shampoo, shower gel and a very comfortable bed.
Coffee machine and boiler available as well.
Convenience: Bakery and supermarket close by (2-3min walking distance)
It can be a bit noisy at night (several bikes or people screaming on the street... but well, is a central area,mm though turning on the fan helps by creating white noise. Anyway, between midnight-6am is quiet so it should not be a big deal
There are some ants, but they’re harmless—just avoid leaving food out.

Very cozy, comfy bed, AC working, very clean, great location but still quiet😊. Lovely owners.
