Location is just great. I mean if you want to have total privacy with no immediate neighbors, no traffic noise and beautiful sea/mountain views you are in a right place. There is a beach with very few people just minutes of walking away. Town/port is also reachable by foot in under 15 mins. Size of the house is great for most families or 2 couples + 1 (you have 3 separate bedrooms, mosquito nets and shutters on all windows). Private pool and patio seating is great.
we did not meet the owners, house is managed by a local agency. Agency representative was nice and helpful (good communication in English).
Just minor issues here. Road to access the property is not paved, so you have to be extra careful not to damage your car. This comes as a tradeoff for the location, nothing the owners could change themselves.
I think we were first guests after some time, so the last-moment cleaning was probably not done (a bit of dust and dead flies around the house, bird excrements and dust on patio and around the pool). Won`t happen in high season when house is occupied at all times. Bed mattresses are a bit soft, but that is just a matter of preference and beds are otherwise new and comfy.
Air conditioning missing in upper floor with 2 bedrooms, where it naturally gets hotter during the day. If you keep the shutters closed during the day, it is manageable.

"Great place to rest with great view, peace and nature. Great equipment of the house, two bathrooms. We had a great stay with 2 little kids. I recommend it in 100%."
