Warm, cosy, spacious, sauna was great and the underfloor heating kept the property warm throughout was great.

Chalet bellissimo immerso nella natura. Sembrava di essere in un bosco incantato e innevato. Interni curati nei minimi dettagli, ottima distribuzione degli spazi. Siamo stati in 5 ma c'era un altro divano letto al piano inferiore. Fantastici i tre bagni presenti, anche se uno era quello della sauna, con doccia e lavandino ma senza wc.
Tutto accessoriato con tanto di lavastoviglie. Proprietari gentilissimi che ci hanno fornito tutte le istruzioni necessarie per gli elettrodomestici e la sauna. Abbiamo anche accesso il camino una sera con la legna già pronta fuori.

Das Chalet ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und liegt in fußläufiger Entfernung zur Skipiste. Der Kamin sorgt für eine angenehme Wärme im Wohnraum, und es ist ausreichend Brennholz vorhanden. Besonders positiv sind die Geräumigkeit und die gute Ausstattung des Chalets.
Der Kundenservice war immer erreichbar und hat schnell reagiert.
Ein Hinweis zur Lage: Der nächste Supermarkt ist etwa eine halbe Stunde mit dem Auto entfernt.
Die Küche ist funktional, allerdings wären ein paar zusätzliche Kochtöpfe hilfreich. Leider hat der Toaster während unseres Aufenthalts nicht funktioniert.
Die Holztreppe ist sehr glatt, wodurch das Risiko besteht auszurutschen. Leider ist uns das direkt am ersten Tag passiert, und dabei ging eine Stufe zu Bruch. Diese wurde am nächsten Tag repariert. Antirutschstreifen könnten die Sicherheit deutlich erhöhen. Es gibt außerdem weitere Stufen, die bereits leicht beschädigt sind und vorsorglich ausgebessert werden sollten.
Die Nachbarn sind ziemlich gut zu hören, was für Menschen mit leichtem Schlaf störend sein könnte.
Die Sauna ist eine schöne Ergänzung, allerdings wurde sie leider nicht wärmer als 60 Grad.
