Situated in Lincoln, this lovely house for $899 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. We are taking extra precautions during the COVID-19 outbreak. Guests can expect a thorough cleaning/ disinfecting from our professional cleaner (prior ICU cleaner at a hospital), freshly cleaned linens from our professional launders, and complimentary disinfectant. Premier location immediately adjacent to Loon Mountain Resort (technically "on mountain") on a private road. The closest single family rental home to Loon's new, state-of-the-art 8 person high speed lift (the only of its kind in all of the East)! This kid-friendly, 5-bedroom/3 full bath, 3,000 sq ft home is a 5 min walk (30 second drive) to the ski lifts (6 houses down the street actually), Pemi River, and Adventure Center (ice skating, bikes, zip line, rock climbing, and more)! Free use of indoor/ outdoor pool and gym at Loon Mtn Club! 2 spacious family rooms. This 3-level home is conveniently outfitted with 5G WiFi, 3 smart Hi-Def TVs all wired with cable, fully equipped kitchen, beautiful rustic furniture throughout, washer/dryer, parking for 5 cars (including a garage spot), and ample toys for kids. Multiple ways to get to mountain: drive (less than 30 seconds to parking lot) or walk (5 minutes to lift)! Most of our guests tell us they walk! The kitchen is outfitted with everything you will need to have a dinner party, including an outdoor gas grill. You will have peace of mind knowing our home is professionally cleaned for each stay and linens professionally laundered before each stay. Early check-in may be available- please ask! Off the spacious back deck, you will hear the subtle rumble of the Pemi River (few hundred feet away), as well as enjoy seasonal winter views of the surrounding White Mountains and the river- all over looking a nicely landscaped backyard. In addition to being so close to the ski lifts, the home resides in a prime summer location, with a short 5 minute walk to the Pemi River to swim or lay out, as well as a 5-7 minute walk to the Loon Mountain Adventure Center, where you will find bike rentals, zip lining, rock climbing wall, kids bungi trampoline, ice skating and more! In addition, guests love the complementary use of our Charter Membership at The Mountain Club on Loon (only available to homeowners actually residing on Loon Mountain), which includes unlimited access and no blackout dates for up to 8 guests to: cardio and weight rooms, complementary group exercise classes (yoga, spinning, strength training, etc.), indoor pool, hot tub, basketball/racquetball and outdoor pool (Memorial Day to Labor Day). The Charter Membership provides guest with a private parking pass, discount to spa services at Viaggio Spa, and 10% off at Loon's Black Diamond Pub restaurant. There is also a game room for kids in the resort. Many family activities and attractions nearby! Walk to Loon's restaurants and bars in less than 10 minutes. The home is big and comfortable. We have three families with teenagers stayed without any problem. It is perfectly located near loon mountain resort and with a pleasant walking trail leading to Lincoln center.

We came for a friends/family getaway for the Highland Games. Great, convenient location with an easy walk with littles to Loon. The host was quick to respond with any questions. Pecs are very comfortable. Property is very clean, warm and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again.

Mike was very responsive and helpful during the whole check in process and during the stay when I had a few questions. Location couldn’t be better, as it was a quick walk to the lifts and lodge areas. Plenty of space if your looking for a nice group getaway!

This home has been well cared for and it was lovely to stay the week. We did prefer to drive equipment down to the mountain but if the lots are full you can walk.

First, the place is amazing. It's only a few doors down from the Governor’s Lodge and was perfect for the amount of people we had. We had 10 people for a company ski weekend and the rooms were perfect for what we needed. Second, our host was very proactive, I never had to reach out to him. It’s like he knew I was going to ask a question and he was ready with the information already. If you’re looking for a place that fits a 10+ people, this is it!

We had a quick stay at this property & had a great time! With 3 families & 5 kids between 1 and 5 years old, this was a perfect spot for us. We were there in early November so a bit of off season but still had plenty of fun!
The house was kid friendly (there are stairs) - great toys, baby gate on stairs headed down, plenty of kid dishes, and easy access to walks/outside/resort amenities.
Sleeping arrangements allowed for parents to hang out after kids went to bed & gave us plenty of configurations for sleep setups.
Michael was extremely easy to communicate with & quickly responsive to any questions or needs. We said over & over how we need to keep this house in mind for future trips. Thanks so much to Michael & his family for opening their home to us!

Loved our week long stay in Lincoln, NH. The house was clean and well appointed. Very comfortable for our family ( eight adults and three young children). The location is perfect; it’s walking distance to town and to Loon Mountain. Couldn’t have asked for more. Mike (the owner) got back to us quickly with any questions and texted us a couple of times to make sure we were happy with everything. Highly recommend this rental.

We have been to the games a few times. The location was ideal, a walkable distance from Loon Mt. The house is comfortable and clean and has all the kitchen utensils needed. Our host was always just a text away and kept in touch thru our stay.

We recently rented the home to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary with our kids and grandkids. Our experience was great from start to finish. The home was very clean and accommodating for 8 adults and 3 children. It was also very convenient for many of the attractions we visited during our stay.
One of the many highlights of our trip was the time our family spent on the large deck located on the rear of the house.
Overall we had a wonderful family vacation and would recommend this home without any reservations.

This house was perfect for our group of friends (11 total). The house was very spacious between the 2 living areas and the outside deck.
We were only here for 2 days, but the kitchen was spacious and well equipped for us to make a big dinner one of the nights.
The beds were comfortable! The 3 full baths were welcome with this group, and no shortage of hot water.
Our hike ended at the Lincoln Woods Trail, which is just a quick 5 minute drive from the house, so it was very convenient to lots of great hiking trails.
Mike was very responsive and checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was going well. Thanks for your attention and hospitality Mike, we will be back!

Loon Resort Getaway
This property is within the Loon Resort and has access to the amenities at the resorts “Mountain Club” which includes an indoor and outdoor pool. The resort’s gondola (summer) runs during the day and there are activities at the top including a tower with an excellent view of the neighboring mountains, trail systems, a disc golf course and a boardwalk connected “cave” system that’s fun to crawl and squeeze through. The resort has an adventure center with a double zip line and a five station climbing wall. You have to register and pay a fee for the adventure center activities. The house has three levels which worked well for our group and a deck that faces the river but is private with trees in front. Mike was easy to contact and resolved any questions that we had. The nearby town of Lincoln had several good restaurants and plenty of shopping opportunities.

Simply the Best!
As the property description says: Within walking distance of Loon, which we took advantage of. This home was super clean, and the owner provided just the right amount of communication! The living room is very spacious providing a great space for all of to be together, and the lower level family room was the gathering space for the young adults. The kitchen, which got alot of use, is also very spacious. Several of us got up early to walk every morning in the crisp mountain air providing us with some amazing family time. This was my grandson's (age 23) first experience with snow, and he loved it so much he said he didnt want to leave. Thank you, Mike, for sharing your very lovely home, thereby providing us the perfect place to create many wonderful family memories. We will be back!

Gorgeous home at base of Loon Mountain!
Our family (with 4 teenagers) had an amazing stay here! Mike is a fantastic host and is so responsive! The house was sparkling clean! The location is amazing! We either walked the 5 min to get onto the ski lifts or decided to drive the 30 sec to drop off/pick up. The kitchen was fully stocked for us to cook! The beds are so comfy/cozy! We are excited to come again! Thank you, Mike!

Great for group ski trip
House worked great for our group ski trip. Mike was a great host and easy to deal with, very communicative and he was flexible when we had to switch to a day earlier on short notice. House was as advertised, plenty of space and great location. Also my group came from a bunch of different directions so there were a lot of cars and there was plenty of room to fit them all and get in and out.

The building was very poorly lit. All rooms had one small table lamp. You can not read or wright in any room except for kitchen.

White Mountains Retreat!
Our family, which includes our adult children, just returned from a wonderful 5-day stay at Mike’s cabin. The house was spacious, clean and comfortable- Just perfect for seven of us to spend time together and spread out as needed to read, work online, etc. The location is excellent as it is close to many outdoor activities and restaurants. We enjoyed a fun gondola ride up to Loon Mountain, but mostly, our group was thrilled to discover new trails to hike each day! Mike is a responsive, conscientious and friendly host who made the whole process as simple as possible. If we ever return to the area, we would definitely stay there again!

We had a wonderful time staying at Mikes house. It was very spacious with lots of room to hang out. It was a beautiful property and you hear the river which was very close by. Mike was easy to reach when we had any questions. We came home and we all wanted to go right back!
