100m2 House equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, oven, freezer, microwave, TV and reversible air conditioning; 3 bedrooms with double beds, 1 bathroom, 1 WC, 1 kitchen, living room and lounge.
The exterior has a 100m2 private courtyard with a shaded terrace (garden furniture) and outbuilding sheltering a summer kitchen with barbecue and dining area and a laundry room.
You'll also enjoy the park closed and trees of 600 m2, where you can take a sun bath in the loungers that await you, while watching your children play and grow safely in their little house perched (the Animals are also well come).
Private parking allows you to park your car under cover.
Located in a quiet hamlet 1km from the village, including a supermarket, a restaurant bar and a medical office.

The property is very well equiped & spotlessly clean. The lower floors are occupied by the 3 bedrooms & master shower/wc and are pleasantly cool in hot weather. The upper floor consists of the sitting room/kitchen & 2nd wc/utlity room.Outside is a lovely BBQ area, fenced secure garden & cherry trees. A car is required, with covered parking available but most of the must-see places are easily reachable within 30 mins.The hosts are very welcoming, helpful and not at all intrusive.The only, very slightly frustrating issue is lack of reliable wi-fi but not a serious problem.This would make a very attractive location for families.Very understanding of pet requirements.

Une région où les papilles se régalent, de la beauté pleins les yeux, sans oublier la gentillesse, les conseils, l'accueil et de la réactivité de monsieur et madame Raynal ? Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour ! Je n'hésiterai pas à recommander cette location à mes amis, car c'était vraiment exceptionnel dans tous les domaines

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, avec des hôtes très accueillants, ( un grand merci pour les petites attentions !!). Maison très bien équipée, avec tout le nécessaire, et plus. Extérieur également très agréable, idéal pour les enfants avec beaucoup d'espace. de belles promenades alentour dans la campagne, et à la rivière. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !!!
