Nestled in Zirchow, this charming condo for $167 per night is a great option for your next trip. This high-quality and very comfortable penthouse apartment on 94 m³ is located in House 2 of the newly built holiday resort & # 132; Oase am Haff & # 147; in the south of the island of Usedom and is easily accessible via an excellent elevator. From the exceptionally large south-facing balcony of this apartment you have a fantastic water view. It is located in the first row and is the closest to the lagoon! The apartment offers plenty of space for 6 people and your four-legged friends are also welcome!   Three bedrooms and two bathrooms offer ample space for large families, vacationing with friends, or just treat yourself to a vacation just for two & # 133; The spacious grounds and spacious apartments have room for 6 people, even the four-legged friend is allowed! The lovingly furnished apartment has a large living-dining area with open kitchen, bio-ethanol fireplace, large dining table for 6 people, leather sofa set, satellite TV (incl. SKY). The apartment has a free wireless connection. The very high quality equipment of the kitchen with fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, toaster, microwave, coffee maker (filter and capsule machine), milk frother, juicer, kettle etc. leaves nothing to be desired. Here, cooking is really fun and you can enjoy the view of your water, GLADLY! 2 bedrooms are equipped with comfortable boxspring beds 1.80 mx 2.00 m and satellite TV. In the third bedroom is a comfortable sofa bed for 2 persons available, as well as a desk with chair and also satellite TV. The two modern bathrooms are equipped with shower cubicles, illuminated mirrors, large base cabinets and hair dryer. On the large sunny balcony you will find a dining table, as well as two lift-up relaxing armchairs and 2 footstools, as well as a parasol! Great water view! Immerse yourself in untouched nature! Enjoy and relax is in the oasis program! Directly in the basement there is a large leisure and wellness area, which is easy to reach by elevator. (Read more about this in the object description).   The apartment includes a parking space and a bicycle storage room. Bicycles and e-bikes can be rented on site. Washer and dryer are in the basement ready for you.   House 2 / Penthouse "Sapphire" This modern, top-equipped, penthouse apartment on 94 m² is located in the penthouse floor of the newly built resort "Oase am Haff" in the south of the island of Usedom. There are 3 bedrooms available (2x double bed, 1x sofa bed). From the huge balcony you can see from the first row on the water of the Szczecin Lagoon. The south facing! GORGEOUS! On a park-like plot of more than 20,000 m², the oasis Am Haff. All terraces / balconies are in an ideal south facing position with fantastic views of the lagoon. Very tasteful decor with great attention to detail. The excellent equipment leaves nothing to be desired.  The houses 1 and 2 have in the basement 365 m² leisure wellness and fitness areas, which are available to all guests. There is bio and Finnish sauna, infrared cabin, fitness, massages by appointment. Recreation rooms, playroom for toddlers, billiards, table tennis and V. A. more. Outside there are playgrounds for large and small children, several barbecue areas. The Haffterrasse invites you to relax with a glass of wine. The Hangar 10 with its worlds of experience, aircraft museum and the very good restaurant is within walking distance after only 400 meters. The imperial baths are only 10-15 minutes by car. The tranquility and seclusion of the Haffküste guarantee, in contrast to the imperial baths, pure relaxation. The small airport Heringsdorf is only open from the end of April to the end of October and has a maximum flight volume of 8-9 machines on the weekends.  All our guests rave about the heavenly peace in the oasis. The entire facility is barrier-free!
