The comfortable, stylish and modern furnished 3-room holiday flat with its panoramic view over Göhren. On about 86 m² this non-smoking apartment is furnished with great attention to detail. It is equipped for max. 4 adults. The high quality fitted kitchen is located in the combined kitchen-dining / living area including induction hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, microwave, washer dryer, coffee machine, coffee capsule machine, blender, blender, toaster, kettle, egg cooker and various kitchen utensils. The dining area with 4 chairs fits into the kitchen row. The open-plan living area features a modern leather couch, a sideboard, a lowboard, a Sony Full HD 55 inch LED TV with Netflix subscription and a Yamaha music system. There is also an internet connection (WLAN) that you do not have to do without on holiday. This is included for you! A small selection of holiday menus and social games ensure a successful change. On the large roof terrace (north) with a cozy lounge, you can end the evening with a glass of wine and enjoy the wonderful view over Göhren. The south-east-facing balcony has a sitting area where you can enjoy breakfast in the morning while looking at the sea. In the first bedroom you will find a comfortable box-spring bed with a continuous topper (1.80 mx 2.00 m) in comfort height, night tables with night lights, a radio alarm clock, flat screen TV, a spacious wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The second bedroom also has a box spring bed with a full topper (1.60 mx 2.00 m), bedside tables with lights, a wardrobe, a storage bench and a valet. For a quiet sleep in both bedrooms provides a blackout option and insect screens. In the internal bathroom with toilet, a walk-in shower, a hair dryer, a bathroom radio, a make-up mirror, a vanity unit with vanity unit and a private sauna contribute to your relaxation. Enough storage areas for your care products are available here. In the guest toilet are also storage areas, a washing table and a small hair dryer. All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating and provide a pleasant warmth. The house, built in 2016, with a total of 8 residential units and an underground car park, is a modern new building, but thanks to its architecture and color scheme, it fits stylishly into the classic bath architecture of the Baltic Sea resort. The generously proportioned apartment apartment (7) is located on the second floor and covers 86 m², including two roof terraces with sea view. The two bathing beaches of the village are within 5 minutes walking distance - the Nordstrand with pier and amber promenade and the natural south beach for dog walks. Two supermarkets, various restaurants and cafés as well as other possibilities for shopping are located about 100 to 300 m away. If the car should stop, there is in the immediate vicinity a bicycle rental and a bus stop. Walks, hikes and bike rides through the picturesque landscapes of southeast Rügen are definitely worth seeing.
