The pink house was stocked with everything that we needed. Very nice property with a perfect area to sit outside and enjoy the view of the lake.

Our family enjoyed our time staying at this home. What a perfect location on the lake for swimming, paddling around on a kayak or just enjoying the view. We enjoyed sitting outside eating meals, playing games on the lawn, and spending time inside. We experienced stormy weather during our visit, but we’re plenty entertained by the variety of games supplied at the house. We had guests ranging from 1.5-65 years old and there was something for everyone. My only concern was the staircase in the house, which is not suitable for young children or elderly folks as the stairs are steep and drop off at the corner. The manager of the property was extremely responsive throughout our entire visit and location is close to entertainment in the town. All in all, it was an amazing stay!

There were 6 of us. We've known each other for 35 years. Very comfortable house. Great well appointed kitchen with an outdoor grill. Lovely views from the LR windows as we enjoyed coffee in the morning. We sipped wine by the lake at the outdoor table. Easy drive to downtown Hot Springs.

This is close to our 100th stay at a rental - have never given below a 5 star rating because of the due diligence on the front end and most definitely have never not received the full security deposit back. If something happened to be off with any stay, communication with the host has been top notch. This experience has changed that. Pros and cons below:
Pros:
-Good neighborhood, convenient
-Check in process was solid
-Enough room for 8 adults
Cons:
-Host charged us $100 for not pulling the trash 150 yards up a hill even though we followed the instructions to place trash in the carport
-Outdoor lights did not work and no response from the host after reaching out
-Several lamps did not work
-Clumps of hair in two of the showers
-The back lawn was 10 inches high when we got there and mowers came at 7am our first morning there, essentially waking some of us up. Couldn't utilize the lawn until 10:30am.
-One of the bedrooms does not have access to the rest of the house UNLESS you walk outside around the house to the side door OR you walk through a shared bathroom/and another bedroom to get upstairs (this was not made known on the listing)
-The grill only heats up to 250 and there was a leak in the propane hose
I have been trying to receive the wrongly taken $100 for the trash and the communication has been the host sticking to his guns with texts saying "how do you think they would drive a garbage truck down the driveway?" Not sure that is my job to figure out how the trash management system works, I only followed the check-out instructions on the site.
At the end of the day, you can find better on Lake Hamilton. Pretty disappointed.

Hot Springs and Lake Hamilton proved to be the perfect place to celebrate my dad’s 70th birthday. The house was stocked with every amenity we could need or imagine. The beds were luxurious and the property was extremely clean. The woodland gardens, crystal mining, pontoon rides, bathhouse row downtown really rounded out our stay. My favorite memories will simply be watching my boys fish off the dock with their grandfather in the mornings.

Fantastic spot for a big family. Great location. Plenty of supplied housewares, even highchairs for the little ones. Docked our boat in the provided dock and hung out under the covered pavilion. Highly recommend and will stay there again.

Worth every star!!
If I could rate 10 stars, I would! My sister told me beforehand, “you know it won’t look like the pictures.” She took that statement back. It was even better! The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were super comfy, and the decor was beautiful. We had ages ranging from 1 - 76, and there was enough space for everyone. The only very minor suggestions I would make: the downstairs bathroom needs a window covering of some sort (we used a pillow case :), and the living room rug might need to be tacked down on one corner because it’s a little hazardous for toddlers and clumsy people. The owners have literally thought of everything, from high chairs to toys, to pull outs. We wish we would have booked a longer stay. Thank you, Tuckers!

This is the second year in a row we’ve stayed at the Pink House. It has so much space, is located in a private cove, and has everything we could want to relax and unwind. Colin is an excellent host and got right back to me with some help when I contacted him during our trip.
Our kids would love to make staying at the Pink House an annual tradition, and I agree!

We were blown away walking into this property! It was so spacious and beautiful! The kids loved the back yard and swimming area. We found new things in the house everyday! It had everything we needed! This property definitely made the trip! We look forward to going back!!!

Wow! I can’t say enough about this house! We had 14 in our group and it was comfortable for everyone! We did bring a boat and the boat slip was perfect! We spent late mornings, early afternoons tubing and skiing, and almost the entire rest of the time down by the cabana. Plenty of room for us all to sit around the table - other than breakfast all our meals were made down there! We did a fish fry , shrimp boil and cookout all by the water! The fridge by the water made it perfect for filling our coolers for the boat and storing snacks for the kids! The yard was large and we took advantage of it with corn hole tournaments! If you bring a boat be aware you will need to find somewhere to leave the trailer - it would be tough to get it onto the property. We were ableto pay and launch the boat and store the trailer close to the property and there is a fishery that you can launch your boat and leave your trailer at for free If you don’t mind a longer boat ride! Don’t bring your kitchen with you, this one is fully stocked and you won’t need a thing! Beds were comfortable and plenty of quality linens and towels! Thanks for allowing us to stay at your house and make some unforgettable family memories!

Tile going into bottom floor bathroom needs replaced as there is none there. 3 I’d put a mat or rug to be placed in front of the sink due to the tile gets slick in front of the sink.

Perfect for Spring Break
We had a spectacular time at this property. The access to the lake and to the local amenities was perfect for our active group (2 families: 4 adults, 5 kids). The layout of the house allowed everyone sufficient space to spread out while still accommodating the group as a whole. The house and lot were clean and made our trip very enjoyable. The owner provided timely and accurate information which made the process a breeze. Highly recommended!!!

Wonderful slice of heaven in a cove
I almost don’t went anyone to know about this place because we feel like we found a little gem hidden off the lake in Hot Springs. This place is perfect.. well kept, beautiful, spacious and a great bar right at the dock to hang out and watch the beautiful sunset. This place was just perfect. We will definitely be back to make our trip a regular thing at “the pink house.” With memories we will never forget and always cherish.

Beautiful lake home! Excellent place for families with children. Great dock for fishing and swimming! Plenty of yard space to run and play. Well stocked kitchen with plenty of seating! Comfortable bedding. This is a great place! We definitely made some memories!!

A beautiful hone with a beautiful view!
We had 11 adults and 3 children (2, 5 and 7). The house was perfect for our family. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to prepare meals for a crowd. The beds were all very comfortable, the sheets were very nice. The backyard was wonderful for the children to play in and the boat dock was great for fishing. There were games and toys for the children (and adults) to play with and all the furniture was comfortable. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!
