About this house rental
When renting, consider size of house, sleeping arrangements, depth of water, water accessibility from house, swimming conditions and proximity to retail establishments/grocery stores. This home is close to everything yet secluded from city noise. It is just minutes by boat to restaurants and H.S. Marina/launch ramp. Great for swimming and fishing. It is just off the main channel so swimmers aren't swamped with boat waves. It has a large deck that gets sun and shade at the same time. Fire pit, grill. It is very relaxing. It sleeps 8 adults (4BR-3 are king beds) + 2 children (inflatable mattress).

Top floor is walk-in level
4 BR/2BA + 2 living areas
2 King beds upstairs/1 queen and 1 king bed downstairs

What a wonderful place to have a get together. The deck overlooks the canal that leads into the lake and the sunrises and sunsets are just beautiful. The property overall is very spacious and accommodating and the communication was spot on. Enjoy.

The overall property was good but when it can to the cleanliness, i was very disappointed. It was a guy there that was suppose to be cleaning but it was sex stains on the top cover and dog hair all over the place down stairs. The walls need a good wipe down as well. I was tired from the drive and should've not had to sweep up hair. I feel that i should be returned a cleaning fee cause it wasn't clean when we arrived.
