Outdoor Delights: Step onto the generously covered back porch, thoughtfully equipped with a bar and ample gathering space. This vantage point offers breathtaking vistas of the water, visible from the master bedroom, living room, kitchen, and two upstairs bedrooms. Luxurious Accommodations: With three king bedrooms and two queen bedrooms spread across two levels, there's room for everyone. Two bedrooms are conveniently located on the first floor, while three occupy the upper level. Scenic Surroundings: Just a stone's throw from Garvan Gardens, this home boasts a privileged location. Take advantage of the dual covered boat slip and a 100-foot boardwalk hugging the shoreline, inviting you to explore the tranquil waters. Year-Round Comforts: While the pool remains closed from November 1st to February 28th, it offers a refreshing escape during the warmer months. For cooler evenings, the outdoor fire pit is perfect, and firewood is on us. Choose between a large or smaller charcoal grill for your culinary endeavors. Modern Luxuries: Indoors, take in the ambiance of the modern fireplace as you catch your favorite shows or a game on the large smart TV. Sink into plush recliners and the sprawling sectional for pure relaxation. Each bedroom comes with its own TV for personal entertainment. Thoughtful Details: Ample parking ensures convenience for your family gatherings. This private retreat guarantees a getaway like no other. Paddle boards and kayaks are also at your disposal throughout your stay. Local Hospitality: Rest assured, the hosts are local and very responsive, ready to address any concerns that may arise during your stay. Oh my gosh y'all! Our stay at Easy Days was perfect! We had 9 women in our group and there was PLENTY of room for all of us. The kitchen and counterspace was big enough for ALL the cooks to be in there at the same time ;) The patio is where we spent most of our time. There are plenty of chairs for everyone and a tv and bar area out there as well. The beds were comfortable and the ambiance of the entire home was cozy and spacious. The living room was comfy - especially the recliners with the usb chargers in them. The view was amazing - especially at sunset and the hot tub was perfect for 4 adults. Our group has been meeting up once a year for the last 10 years and we come from three different states. We always come to Hot Springs, but have never stayed in the same place twice. We all agreed that this is the place we want to stay every year from here on out!

This stunningly beautiful home and setting were more than we expected! As my 3 friends and I entered the front door we were awed by the calming colors, the tasteful decor and the amazing view of Lake Hamilton and lovely sports pool! The kitchen was as well-stocked as our homes. Everything was immaculate thanks to Maria. On a walk one morning the friendly neighbor next door stopped to visit and tell us the best place to walk. The hot tub was fun as we watched the beautiful sunset. Whenever I had a question, I received an immediate response from Rob and Carey.
I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND EASY DAYS to be enjoyed by couples, friends and families! We were on a 'girlfriend trip', but we all want to come back and bring our husbands! Many thanks to you all who made our vacation so relaxing and fun!

We've vacationed yearly on Lake Hamilton for a number of years, and this property is the nicest we've stayed on. Recently built, it has all the amenities you will need furnished. Great view from every room with the pool overlooking the lake. Plenty of outdoor patio seating and includes a dry bar setup. We took advantage of the kayaks/paddle board provided with the rental. Great times were had by all, and we will be planning a future vacation at Easy Days next year with our kids/grandkids.

First of all the location is fantastic. Beautiful panoramic view of the lake. The pool and all of the other amenities are top notch. Close to Walmart, grocery stores, restaurants, and other amenities. The house is laid out very well. I don’t think we’ve ever stayed in a home that the kitchen was stocked so well. Management is fantastic… Quick to return messages, and very professional. The management and house are first rate… Would definitely stay here again with family or friends

Kim's property is outstanding! It's a beautiful, new, clean and very well-kept home. It's well laid out with 1 king/2 queen BR and 2 Baths upstairs, and 2 king BR/2 baths downstairs. The master closet was large enough to put our infant's crib in. Kids can easily sleep while the adults continue to play. It is near the end of a road, so there is no traffic in front of the house.
The pool is a great addition to the relaxation and comes with a wide assortment of pool toys/volleyball/etc. There is plenty of seating outside around the pool and under the porch. We've never been to a rental with a better stocked kitchen of appliances, utensils, pots/pans, place settings, glassware, etc.
We brought our boat. The dock is very spacious, even for mine, which is 25' long with an 8'6" beam. It's also well-lit, so easy to find if you like night cruises. Bring bumpers though, as there is no lift. In my opinion, this area of the lake is one of the best skiing areas on the entire lake. We seldom had to leave this area at all, so it was great for the people that wanted to play in the pool while watching the others skiing in front of the house.
Most of all, Kim is a fabulous host. She was very accommodating for the special requests we had regarding restaurant recommendations or associated with the infant we traveled with. If we find ourselves in Hot Springs again, her lovely home will be our first choice!

Beautiful property! Lots of great things here! Just some things to know when you are headed down. Be sure to buy charcoal and lighter fluid for the grill. They do not provide this. Do not worry about ice. There is a built in I've machine! 👍 Be sure you bring any spices, plastic wrap, foil and containers with lids. The kitchen is well stocked with most items but nothing with a lid for the fridge.
Overall show up and enjoy the awesome views and great property. We will definitely return!

Everything about this lake home was wonderful. Our family enjoyed the covered patio and pool area, even though the weather didn’t cooperate and using the pool was limited! We made the most of being outside to enjoy the beauty of the property, lake and mountains. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed, we lacked for nothing.
We can’t say enough about Kim! She was so responsive and also understanding when a last minute decision was made to bring our boat. The dock area was the best and when major storms came through we knew our boat was secure.
Kim made us feel like family and we hope to one day stay again to enjoy sunny weather.

Our group found the home to be very comfortable, accommodating, and within striking distance of downtown Hot Springs. Though we did venture out, with the right weather conditions, there is really no reason to leave the property. We enjoyed our stay.

So glad we came at this time of year. Not many of the neighbors were in residence so was lovely & quiet. Everything you need for great vacation. Just a note there is a Kureg (pods required) and a Mr coffee drip coffee maker (coffee & filters required). I packed coffee but no filters - sighhh.

A group of our friends came into town for a wedding and we had the best time staying together versus staying in a stuffy hotel room! The property manager was always quick to respond as well. This property exceeded expectations and was the PERFECT place for our girls weekend! The pictures do not do it justice. The lake view is exceptional, especially from the hot tub 😍 The design and layout of the home is roomy and bright. So many king sized beds to choose from! Kitchen had everything we needed and separate ice maker was an added bonus. I looked at so many listing before selecting this property, and nothing else came close…we would love to repeat this trip at this home every year!

Our family always spends the week after Christmas in Hot Springs. Have been doing it for 8 years…always stay in a different home. BUT this is my forever home!!!! It was truly amazing. Never have I had a more beautiful view. The home was immaculate. We always cook our meals and eat in and this kitchen had everything we could possibly need. The pictures do not adequately show the beauty of this place. Contacted Kim a couple of times with questions and she always responded within a few minutes. Literally, it is my all time favorite rental (including our summer rentals in Florida). Perfect in every way!!!

The perfect location for our family Christmas. After enjoying the nearby holiday lights at Garvan Woodland Gardens we enjoyed a meal in the well stocked kitchen. There was room for everyone to play games, watch movies and relax. We had s’mores by the fire and look forward to staying again when we can use the pool and enjoy the lake.

Ms. Kim home is magnificently gorgeous with every device, kitchen accessories and activities inside and out! I didn't have to bring anything extra because she had it all. My family and I stayed for Thanksgiving and Ms. Kim had every glass plate, tools and bowls you can use. I love this house and now I am looking for dates to come back! This house deserves more than a 5 star!! Very clean, neat and love the space the rooms have.

The pictures don’t do this home justice! We old, but young at heart, High School girlfriends who travel frequently, were amazed at what we saw when we opened the door! The whole back of the house was glass letting in the light and a beautiful view of Lake Hamilton. The pool was closed for winter but the hot tub was ready and waiting on a very cold November day!
We felt so special with the comfy bedding and fluffy bath towels to the fabulous large den/kitchen and all the high end appliances and everything one needs to cook or entertain.
And what a nice surprise to see the home beautifully decorated for Christmas!
Location is a Plus! Only minutes from Garvan Woodland Gardens, and as luck would have it, they were just opening their Holiday Light Show which runs until Dec 31st. A MUST SEE EVENT!! IT WAS AMAZING! Sold out the day after we bought out tickets. SIX Million visitors come for this Holiday Season Extravaganza . Also, literally minutes away is a great little restaurant called The Red Oak Fillin’ Station Cafe. It is definitely a place to go for delicious food and friendly servers and staff! Everything we had was so delicious including the desserts! Best Chicken Fried Steak East of Texas! The locals go there so that should tell you something. Breakfast at the Pancake House downtown (across the street from Arlington Hotel) is a must! Get the small ham steak and blueberry pancake (both huge & yummy ) you won’t be disappointed.
Thank you to our sweet hosts for thinking of everything one would need for a lovely relaxing vacation. Can’t wait to get back over there.
