A large, characterful villa in the traditional La Baule style, situated in a quiet neighbourhood, sleeping up to 15 people, including 4 children. Renovated in 2023, with a brand-new kitchen. An enclosed garden of around 800m² – perfect for games of hide-and-seek. The beach, shops and tennis courts are a 5-minute walk away. La Baule market is a 7-minute walk away, whilst the golf course and equestrian centre are 1 or 3 km away.

The villa is spread over two floors: three double bedrooms with 160-cm beds on the first floor, each with an en-suite bathroom and WC. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms with three and two single beds respectively, one bedroom with four bunk beds, and two shower rooms with WCs.
A family home built around 1920 by our grandparents, always lovingly and tastefully maintained… It’s a charming place where you’ll feel right at home!
Minimum stay: 14 nights in July and August and 3 nights outside the peak season.

Linen (bed linen and towels) is provided on request in each bedroom, but the beds are not made up: €20 per person. Guests are asked to strip the beds on the day of their departure.

There is free on-street parking in front of the house, and a parking space is available in the garden. Not accessible for people with reduced mobility.
Visits are possible all year round.
