To rent flat of 40M3 in the village of St Lary Soulan. Located on the 2nd floor in a beautiful residence very nice, secure, with elevator and parking. Facing south it enjoys a superb view of the mountain. A 5minutes walk from the thermal baths and 7 shops, the stop of the free shuttle to the cable car and gondola is at the foot of the residence. The apartment is composed of: - a large bedroom with a double bed and cupboard and access to the terrace. - a kitchen with an oven, hob, fridge and microwave - a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. - A bright living room which gives access to the terrace, with sofa bed and television. - a terrace of 10M2 clear view on the mountain. - Ski room. - Car park Price for three weeks spa treatment out of season 530 €.

Une belle semaine..
Nous recommandons cette location, appartement conforme aux photos et à la description. La vue du séjour est réellement très agréable, pièce claire et aménagée de façon sympathique. Proximité du centre et des équipements. Très bon contact avec la propriétaire et Nett montagne.
Un bémol cependant, soirées et nuits largement perturbées par les voisins du dessus totalement irrespectueux ! Ceci ne remettant pas en caus apprecia

Appartement très clair, bien situé, correspond en tout au descriptif, rue calme, boulangerie à 5 mn à pied, et centre à 7mn. Très bon séjour pour nous en septembre malgré le temps un peu frais.

Adresse idéale pour l'après randonnée . L'équipement est idoine et l'appartement est coquet et offre une vue imprenable sur la montagne de par son excellent balcon et ses baies vitrées...

Apparemment très lumineux avec une belle vue montagne
Apparemment conforme au descriptif, belle déco, wifi, bonne literie, appartement aménagé avec goût !! Manque juste une VMC dans la salle de bain wc, ainsi qu’un petit rafraîchissement de la peinture de la salle de bain wc ! La propriétaire répond rapidement par mail à toutes vos questions.

Bonne situation géographique, près du centre de St Lary, appartement propre, spacieux et bien décoré, lumineux, vue imprenable sur les sommets enneigés 👍 résidence avec qq pb d'insonorisation malgré le peu d'appartements occupés!

Avons passé une très belle semaine enneigée. Après nos balades, nous étions contents de retrouver l'appartement décoré avec goût. Très belle vue sur la montagne.

Beau petit appartement bien équipé et à deux pas du village. Vue imprenable sur la montagne du salon, de la chambre et de la terrasse. Rien à dire, je recommande vraiment. Petit regret : on serait volontiers resté une semaine de plus.

le logement est tres bien situé avec une tres belle vue sur la montagne. tres fonctionnel et tres lumineux propre. seul point negatif...les propriétaires qui décident de faire des travaux pendant les vacances scolaires....

securisé propre cadre agreable appartement fonctionel rien ne manque ex 2 cafetieres 1 normal et1 exprsso balcon bien oriente face a la montagne et soleil couchant meme vue du salon confort canape tele grande salle d eau etdouche aplat vaste mais un peu etroit pour y penetre .appareil elcto menage au top rien ajouter en plus region magnifique

Petit appart' sympa avec vue sur la montagne
Nous avons passé une semaine agréable : quartier calme, proche du télécabine et du centre du village ; appartement chaleureux, bien aménagé, très propre et en bon état.
Petite terrasse ensoleillée.
Un bémol : le canapé-lit est peu confortable (mou) et mériterait d'être changé.
Les petites réserves (produits de base en cuisine, lessive, produit lave-vaisselle...) ont été très appréciées.
Elément plus négatif concernant l'immeuble : manque d'isolation phonique (il est souhaitable d'avoir des voisins calmes au-dessus).

logement dans résidence ancienne mais remis au goût du jour(meubles de cuisine et électroménager neufs. revêtement de sol de la chambre (stratifié) neuf.
Salle de bain fonctionnelle(grande douche à l'italienne) robinetterie neuve, pomme de douche à jet trop concentré (mériterait d'être changé).
Télévision écran plat bas de gamme de petite taille, qualité d'image correcte mais le son est exécrable.
Literie confortable.
Appartement bien exposé plein sud offrant une vue exceptionnelle sur les montagnes environnantes. Accès facile, ascenseur, parking privatif.
