About this apartment rental
family of 30 m² equipped and furnished apartment for 4/5 persons in residence Le Ruitor 100 meters from the ski lifts and the center station Villards (shops, restaurants, supermarket, ski rental). The apartment has an entrance, a bedroom with 2 beds of 80x190 cm, a bathroom with bath, washbasin, heated towel rail, hairdryer, separate toilet, a main room with kitchen (new multifunction oven) - microwave, grill, convection oven, cooker ... - fridge, ceramic hob 4 burners, dishwasher, filter and Nespresso coffee makers, toaster), new sofa bed (bed 145 x 200), fold-down bed 80 x 190, HD LED TV and BluRay / DVD player, balcony 4,8 m².
The apartment is on the 9th floor of the residence; its access is through the main entrance, on the same floor (no stairs or elevator to take to access); it is oriented West, overlooking the valley (beautiful view, without vis-à-vis).
The residence has a separate ski locker and an outdoor swimming pool (summer). Direct access to free shuttles to the resort.
Possibility of household and linen hire from the concierge (Concierge at the entrance of the residence).

My son stayed in this apartment with his four friends. They had a great week and they loved the apartment. They said it was very cosy and they kept sending me photos of the amazing sunsets off the balcony. The owner, Mr. Bertrand Devaux, could not have been more helpful and accommodating in answering lots of email queries from the boys. Highly recommended all round.

We loved this little apartment!
It was cosy, which is to be expected, given five people being in such close proximity, yet it felt so spacious and homely.
Much care has been given to the layout, which made the best use of the space available.
It was also ‘dressed’ beautifully, making it feel homely... we couldn’t have asked for better.
The storage facilities meant it was so easy to stay organised, with a helmet rack and coat hooks for ski wear. This was enhanced with a ski locker just by the entrance to the apartment...
And all just a few minutes walk from the slopes!
Finally - we couldn’t have asked for more in a host. Although the owner loves some miles away, his communication was brilliant and he was on hand to answer any questions we had.
