The villa has been completely renovated to provide a pleasant setting for our visitors. One bedroom is furnished as an office for business trips (air-conditioned) The villa can accommodate 7 people, an extra mattress can be added in the office. A total change of scenery in a welcoming setting for an unforgettable stay. Exclusively intended for vacation rentals, you will really feel at home at Villa Nia. We are committed to providing you with careful services so that your stay is perfect. The exceptional geographical location of Villa Nia will help simplify your stay, whether family or business. It is the perfect rental for a vacation, a business trip or for a first installation in Noumea. Its tropical charm, with its covered outdoor lounge overlooking the private pool guarantees you moments of total relaxation! Description of the villa: Living room open to the kitchen, equipped with two sofas and a table that can seat 8 people. (air conditioned) TV Wi fi / GO TV: 60 channels / Unlimited Internet / IP Phone: Make free calls worldwide. Equipped kitchen: Oven / Induction hob / microwave / Fridge / dishes. Outdoor lounge. The pool is not secure, depth of 1.20 m over the entire surface. Description of the rooms: An air-conditioned bedroom with a 160x200 bed. An air-conditioned bedroom with 1 bed 140 X 190 An air-conditioned bedroom with 2 beds of 90 x 180 to accommodate 2 people and a cot. Bed linen and towels are provided. Beach towel provided. Beach toys for children and a small inflatable pool for the little ones. A large bathroom with a very Zen atmosphere. Towels provided. Large closets are available in all bedrooms, as well as a large closet in the hallway. A laundry room with washing machine and dryer is available, as well as a cellar storage space. Completely renovated, out of prying eyes the villa is very pleasant to live in. The villa is intended only for vacation rental, therefore all space is entirely reserved for travelers during their stay. We will be available for any information or advice to make your stay perfect. Exceptional Geographic Location The villa is located 1 km from the beaches of Anse Vata, the Lemon Bay and the beach of the Hotel Tera, where many leisure activities are available: Windsurfing / kite surfing / scuba diving / paddle and more… The Nouméa aquarium is located between Anse Vata beach and Lemon Bay. Fancy a stroll by the water or go for a run? The Pierre Vernier promenade by the sea is a 2-minute walk from the house. The Ouen Toro hill promises breathtaking walks and sunsets. The taxi boats on Anse Vata beach will allow you to reach the surrounding islets. The restaurants of Anse Vata and the Bay of Lemons are open for lunch and dinner. The night clubs and bars are a few minutes from the villa on the bay of lemons. The Casino de Nouméa is located on the Pierre Vernier promenade. An excellent restaurant ED ZEN is 2 minutes walk from the house. Shops, medical centers, parks for children and schools nearby within a few minutes walk. The neighborhood is very pleasant to live in. The Golf de Tina is 20 minutes by car from the villa. DOWNTOWN : The city center is 5 minutes by car from the villa. All the administrations are grouped together there. The Ducos Industrial Zone is 10 minutes by car. The nouméa market, located on the bay of the moselle, offers local products and handcrafted products. The museum of Noumea is close to the market. Boat rentals and charter companies are available on Moselle Bay to offer tailor-made excursions. TRANSPORT: For optimal comfort, we advise you to rent a car if you wish to visit New Caledonia. A bus stop is 200 meters from the house. Noumea is located about 40 minutes from La Tontouta International Airport. To reach the villa from the airport, it is advisable to take a taxi or book a shuttle beforehand.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay in Villa Nia. Pascal, the owner, was there to greet us on our first day - very friendly and helpful. He even offered us the use of his car to run to the shops to get groceries on that first day however the shops are only a 15 minute walk away so we chose to walk instead. AnsaVata beach is an easy 20 minute walk away and the bus stop to take us to centre ville only an 8 minute walk away. Perfect location to get every where we wanted to go. The house was spacious, clean and very comfortable and the pool was a welcome bonus on the typically hot days. We hope to return again next year and can thoroughly recommend Villa Nia. Merci beaucoup Pascal and Noelle!!

Great house for two families with children, a pool and outdoor seating area to socialise and a well equipped kitchen. Free wifi and parking. Noelle was a helpful friendly host, happy to organise extra things for us and recommend places to eat and visit .

Noelle's Balinese styled house in a central suburb in Noumea was the perfect holiday home for our family of 9. It is spacious with a relaxing outdoor sitting area by the pool, perfect for socialising and chilling out. The kitchen is well equipped, there is good wifi and there is free parking. Noelle was a lovely communicative host with many helpful tips about how to get around and what to see and she even booked taxis for us. I'd definitely recommend this house!
