About this condo rental
Located in Port-la-Nouvelle, this attractive condo for $60 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Flat of 42m ², entirely done again for nine (end of works July 10th, 2012), any comfort on the 1st floor, with loggia, seen on the sea since the loggia and a part of the living room, with 20m of the beach. Close to all shops and activities. 1 bedroom well separated from the living space by 2 separating doors. 1 kitchen, 2 large cupboards for storage. (You can request a quote by email prior to booking) (see other ads like this: listing 1693892 and listing 1693894) You can take full advantage of the direct access to the beach without having to take the car, take kitesurfing lessons, rent a Stand Up Paddle, hiking on foot (or by bike) to St. Lucia or scrubland on the plateau of La Palme, with a panoramic view of the Mediterranean Sea, salt flats, miles of sandy beaches, Canigou and Corbières (by clear weather, visibility of the Spanish border at Sète) and you can also visit the surroundings taking advantage of the proximity: - the wine route, Cathar castles, the city of Carcassonne, the Spanish border. Possibility to reach the city center of Narbonne cycling along the canal de la Robine (car) to reach the Canal du Midi. Similarly, option to join La Franqui along the beach. - African reserve Sigean - The pond of La Palme and Grau of the Old and New Leucate (known for kitesurfing spots). Mondial du Vent in Leucate / La Franqui (from 20 to 27 April 2013 this year) - Gastrnomiques of restaurants such as: The Inn of old wells in Fontjoncouse (3 stars. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. L’appartement est très bien situé, il suffit de traverser la router pour être à la plage. De même pour les restaurants ou boutique, qui se situe dans la même rue. Je recommande !

Endroit calme
Un appartement avec un petit air de congés "années 1950", mais équipé avec tout ce qui existe de plus moderne. La rue est en front de mer mais calme et les trottoirs au même niveau de la voie, ce qui facilite les promenades.

Die Vermieterin, Fr. Pico, war sehr sympathisch, zuvorkommend und entgegenkommend. Fü zwei Personen ist dieser T2 ideal. Die Wohnung entspricht gut die Beschreibung. Ideale Lage / 50M vom Strand.

Superbe appartement avec vue sur la mer très fonctionnel
Des notre réservation Sylvie a été très gentil et dévoué pour que nous passons le meilleur séjour possible. L'appartement est superbe à deux pas de la mer. Il dispose d'une petite terrasse avec une superbe vue sur la méditerranée. Tout se situe à proximité la ville était très agréable. Dans l'appartement tout a été choisi avec goût, les installations sont vraiment de bonne qualité et vous disposerez de tout le nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour.
Encore merci à Sylvie en espérant pouvoir revenir dans votre logement prochainement.

Agréable appartement
Des vacances réussies, sur les bords de la Belle Bleue, nécessitent du beau temps et une belle vue sur la mer. Mais un bel appartement de ce standing aussi bien situé et aussi bien équipé a constitué le troisième "ingrédient" qui a rendu notre séjour très agréable.
Mention spéciale aux propriétaires sympathiques et bien accueillants.

Nous avons recours à des hébergements temporaires au fur et à mesure de nos chantiers.
Mon collègue et moi-même avons apprécié le confort de ce logement, ses équipements et sa situation(dommage que nous n"ayons pas eu plus de temps pour profite du balcon donnant sur la mer)
Nous avons aussi apprécié la propreté des lieux.
Nous avons été accueilli avec amabilité et courtoisie. C"est appréciable.
Je recommandes cette location qui offre un rapport qualité/prix avantageux.

Appartement bien équipé, bien entretenu et très bien situé, avec vue sur la mer, tout est à proximité. Propriétaire très accueillante et disponible, qui, en plus d'un classeur de suggestions déjà bien riche et présent dans le logement, nous a donné des idées et des conseils pour notre séjour...
