The villa apartment was spacious, exceptionally clean, and equipped with fully stocked kitchen-ware suitable for preparing meals. It also included a full set of washcloths and towels, iron and ironing board, ample closet and drawer storage, a comfortable bed, living room furniture, a ceiling fan, and an air‑conditioning unit. Its location was highly convenient, situated near the major airport and within close proximity to two grocery stores offering both prepared foods and food for cooking.
The property’s secured area, which featured multiple washing machines, was a valuable amenity. The surrounding community homes and the cluster of villa residences were quiet and meticulously maintained. While I never felt unsafe, it was reassuring to see that the exterior grounds were monitored by several security cameras.
While the television in the living room was operational the television in the bedroom turned on but did not have reception. This is a minor maintenance quick fix.
Additionally, the shower joint in the bathroom was leaking when turning on the water. This is a minor maintenance quick fix.

The hosts are very accommodating and lovely people - I have known them for a while now. The area is usually quiet and facilities for hot food close by.

The property is in a quiet location. It is within walking distance to food shopping, gas and a restaurant (when it is open) about a km away. Property is also at a stress free distance to the airport.
The air-conditioner runs but does not cool effectively, the refrigerant might need to be checked and recharged. It would also be nice if breakfast, lunch and dinner could be ordered in, or light snacks could be available on premises.
