La résidence est idéalement située et l'accès direct à la plage et le solarium sont top. Bruyant côté rue, mais c'est Biarritz plein centre.
Le studio : la moitié des ampoules grillées, une prise électrique cuisine défectueuse (il faut déplacer le micro onde pour le brancher à la prise de l'évier, d'où plats penchés). Idem pour la cafetière, et attention aux brûlures ... Le salon de jardin semble ne pas avoir été nettoyé depuis 6 mois, donc inutilisable (tant pis pour l'usage du balcon) . L'évier de cuisine est quasi bouché.
Pas de séchoir à linge (minimaliste au niveau équipement), balais complètement défoncés.
Vraiment dommage car ce studio situé en bout de couloir, donc sans passage, est très bien conçu. La literie est bonne, la salle de bain et les WC (séparés) spacieux avec de bons sanitaires .
Sans ce manque de maintenance, il serait super.
