There is also a bathroom with a shower downstairs as is the garage that has been converted into a games room. (NB: as of August 2023 there is no pool table at property, despite the photo has cues on the wall). The upstairs offers a quaint kitchen/dining and living area, 2 bedrooms and the 2nd bathroom.
