Lovely big room, good location and local shop. Near the beach and the best breakfast we have had in a B & B Pam and her associates are always most welcoming and helpful.

Could have done with some ice, but bar that it was perfect in every way.

Family run business with friendly, attentive staff. Off road, free parking. Excellent breakfast, really tasty and plentiful! Nice, easy walk to West Wittering beach.

The room was very comfortable and beautifully presented. Breakfast was great. The host was lovely and extremely helpful. We would definitely recommend this B & B.

What a fantastic B&B. The staff were all incredibly friendly and hospitable, even showing my young niece and nephew where the toy cupboard was. The breakfasts were delicious and it was an easy walk to the beach.
