Good location a short walk from shops and restaurants (cafe on the ground floor), very helpful staff helped me correct my booking error when I arrived a day early. A very chill atmosphere made this a great stop in my trip.

Really convenient location and 24 hours concierge however that's it.
Rooms are hit or miss. Some 4 bunk rooms and other 12 bunk rooms with the same cramped space for luggage. Common space is pretty limited and unusable during their restaurant hours. The seating outdoors would be taken away as well. Purchased breakfast in advance and portions are small. Substitutions were catered for despite hiccups as staff claimed whoever confirmed dietary requirements was unknown and no longer worked there. Luckily room was on the second floor because the lift was incredibly slow and no option of taking stairs.
