A wonderful place, perfect for joining family. Great view and a very relaxing home to settle into. A long walk, many steps to the town, ferry and beach for us 80+ year olds, but we made it, on at least 6 different occasions. Lots of fun in the process and always very nice to come back to such a lovely, restful place. Thank you.

What a great place! We loved all the outdoor space and the wonderful view of the harbour. The three bedroom flat had more than ample room for our family - two adult children, plus an uncle - to relax and each have their own space. The apartment is within a short walking distance of shops and restaurants in the centre of town, as well as the ferry which will take you over to the beaches at Anse Mitan. Communication with Marie-José was super easy and check-in was a breeze. Our hosts were wonderful and made sure that we had everything we needed. We loved the fact that there was a spot to park our rental car. If I go back to Martinique, I would stay here again, in a heartbeat and I highly recommend that you do too!
Quel super endroit! Nous avons adoré la terrace et les jardins ainsi que la vue magnifique sur le port. L'appartement de trois chambres était assez spacieux pour notre famille - deux enfants adultes et un oncle - pour se détendre et chacun avait son propre espace. L'appartement se trouve à une courte distance de marche des commerces et restaurants du centre-ville, ainsi que du ferry qui vous emmènera sur les plages de l'Anse Mitan. La communication avec Marie-José était super facile et le check-in aussi. Nos hôtes étaient merveilleux et se sont assurés que nous avions tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Nous avons adoré le fait qu'il y avait une place pour garer notre voiture de location. Si je retourne en Martinique, j'y reviendrais sans hésiter et je vous recommande fortement de le faire aussi !

Maison spacieuse avec magnifique terrasse
Très belle maison spacieuse avec beaucoup de confort.
Magnifique grande terrasse avec vue sur la baie de Fort-de-France, juste ventilée comme il faut. Nous y avons souvent dîner sans être embêtés par les moustiques.
Chaque chambre a sa climatisation que nous avons bien apprécié. Les lits sont confortables. Une grande cuisine avec tous les appareils ménagers fournis. Un parking à notre disposition.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Nous y reviendrons sûrement.

Bel appartement sur les hauts de Fort de France
Nous avons séjourné quelques jours dans ce bel et spacieux appartement, très bien équipé et disposant d'une terrasse avec vue sur la baie de Fort de France où il fait bon vivre. Idéalement situé pur visiter FdF ainsi que le Nord de la Martinique.
Nous avons été très bien reçus par nos hôtes, en toute simplicité et cordialité. Merci pour votre accueil.

Superbe emplacement sur Fort de france
Bel appartement bien placé à 5 min en voiture du centre de fort de France. Très très belle vue de la terrasse ou l’on passe tout son temps!!! On ne s’en lasse pas. J’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir. Merci à Thierry pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse !

Emplacement parfait, à proximité de la ville, mais très calme. Maison très agréable, bien équipée, avec une terrasse vue mer superbe. Sans oublier l'accessoire indispensable : les moustiquaires pour des nuits paisibles.... A recommander, sans hésitation.

A beautiful home overlooking a beautiful harbour! Thierry was an exceptional host, meeting us upon arrival, answering all of our questions and easing our early departure due to the Covid19 pandemic. We would highly recommend this wonderful place for future holidays, once life regains its balance!

Villa coquette, spacieuse , décoration soignée , confort appréciable, avec vue époustoufflante sur la baie de Fort-de-France , et très bien située , à 10mn à pieds du coeur animée de la ville. Nous étions 3 couples de retraités et avons passé un excellent séjour .
Les propriétaires sont charmants, prévenants et à notre écoute.

Appartement très confortable avec extérieurs bien agencés.
Excellent séjour en famille. Appartement bien conçu et vaste pour séjourner à 6 adultes. L extérieur est très agréable.... Nous avons pu y passer de très bons moments en famille. La cuisine est parfaite pour concocter de bons repas. 2 salles de bain et 3 WC complètent le confort de l appartement.

Très bon séjour vue exceptionnelle sur la baie de Fort de France comme sur la photo Nous étions 4 adultes. il y a tout le confort et nous avons été très bien accueillis par le propriétaire qui habite l'appartement du dessus mais qui est très discret. Tous les magasins à proximité situation centrale pour tout visiter sans trop faire de km. Si vous venez en Martinique juste pour les plages alors il vaut mieux loger à sainte Anne ou sainte Luce mais sinon je recommande cette location à Fort de France

Ein fantastisches Ferienhaus mit exzellenter Ausstattung und einem sehr liebevoll gestalteten Aussenbereich mit zahlreichen luftigen und schattigen Sitzbereichen. Eine Perle mitten in einer Hangsiedlung mit traditionellen und teilweise einfachen Häusern. Trotz der relativ kurzen Entwicklungszeit seit dem Ende der Sklaverei und folgender Armut sind die Menschen super aufgeschlossen, hilfsbereit, humorvoll, absolut nett und cool. Ausserdem ist es Frankreich und hat damit eine perfekt funktionierende Infrastruktur und Versorgung. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, sprechen auch Englisch und ermöglichten uns flexibel und angenehm die An u Abreise. Absolut zu empfehlen, wie auch die gesamte Insel und Natur ohne Plastik im Sand.

Nous avons passé un mois dans cette propriété et avons grandement apprécié notre séjour. Les propriétaires ont été à la fois discrets, mais également très disponibles dès que nous avions besoin d’un renseignement ou toute autre chose. Nous pouvions aller en ville à pieds et profiter des activités qui s’y déroulent, musique, restaurants, marchés, etc... c’était parfait!

Nous avons passé un mois dans cette propriété et avons grandement apprécié notre séjour. Nous pouvions aller en ville à pieds et profiter des activités qui s’y déroulent, musique, restaurants, marchés, etc... c’était parfait!

Villa tout confort avec une vue spendide
Nous avons passé un superbe séjour en Martinique et la villa que nous avons louée 15 jours avait toutes les commodités. Elle est trés calme avec tout le confort et possède une vue magnifique. Nous faisions nos courses à pied car nous étions à 15 mn du centre-ville. Nous pouvions garer notre voiture de location dans la cour et le départ pour les excursions est idéalement placé. Nous avons également pris régulièrement les navettes (en partant à pied) pour les différents ilets en face de Fort de France.
Comme c'est le début du carnaval, nous sommes allés assister à un spectacle en ville et au défilé dans les rues.
Nous vous recommandons chaudement cette location et encore un grand merci à monsieur Gertrude et sa famille pour leur accueil. Merci également pour la délicieuse coupe de fruits et le petit déjeuner que vous nous avez offerts à notre arrivée.

Vacances de rêve
Tout d'abord, un propriétaire adorable, attentif, aux petits soins. Notre vol arrivant en soirée, nous avons trouvé de quoi dîner dans la cuisine. Maison très bien équipée et emplacement excellent pour visiter la Martinique. De plus, la voiture est garée dans la propriété, ce qui est très sécurisant. Enfin, une vue superbe sur la baie de Fort de France avec plusieurs terrasses très fleuries où viennent butiner les colibris. Nous vous recommandons ce logement sans hésitation.

A Breathtaking View in a lovely home on a magnificent Island!
What an amazing trip! The property is so lovely and the view is so peaceful. We opened the house up and sat on the Veranda and soaked up the atmosphere. Whether we were having coffee in the morning watching the Cruise ship dock or Having cocktails in the evening, we couldn’t get enough of the view!
The landlord and his family were so helpful with giving us tips of where the local shops, markets and restaurants. This made our journeys out much easier. They speak English very well and of course French.
Being American we were afraid we would have trouble without speaking French but we did very well and almost always someone would interpret if we were stuck.
If you are a Rum enthusiast as we are. Please don’t miss all the Rum distilleries. The beaches are amazing of course so make time to visit them more than once
I do recommend renting an automatic car and not a manual. It is much easier to navigate that way.
We got home and the first thing we said was we wish we were back. We hope to return again soon!!!

We enjoined our stay in this spacious, well furnished apartment with a nice view over the bay of Fort de France. The owners have been very helpful and we didn't miss anything there. Location is very well - near to city and highways. We can highly recommend this apartment.

We would definitely recommend renting a car if you stay here. The location is excellent for exploring the island. We visited the Balata Garden and Le Francois - both within a half hour drive. There is also a ferry to go across the bay.

Our plane arrived late, but they were there to greet us, offer us a snack, and even show us that they had stocked the kitchen with food for our first breakfast!
