Consisting of a large room on the ground floor with fully fitted kitchen and a living room, bathroom and separate toilet.

La maison avait énormément de charme, beaucoup de cachet, exactement ce que je m´etais imaginé, elle était en plus proche du centre. Nous avons été très heureux dans cette magnique région et la maison y a beaucoup contribué.

Très bonne situation, à l'écart de la grand route mais proche du marché de Trégastel et de la cote de granit rose (plage du Tourony à 15min à pieds). Idéal pour partir en balades sur les différents itinéraires cyclables et randonnables du coin. Logement ancien mais fonctionnel et bien équipé. Séjour et chambres rénovés. Cuisine assez ancienne (cuisinière four à gaz d'il y a plus de 30 ans), sanitaires peu pratiques (baignoire et WC sous descente de toit, pas de douche) et pas adaptés aux personnes ayant des soucis de mobilité (attention à la marche et bien baisser la tête). Le jardin (pelouse) est très grand et bien clôturé (idéal pour laisser jouer les enfants). La propriétaire, très sympathique, fait tout ce qu'elle peut pour rendre service.
