I honestly did not know what to expect. We were so happy with the room and Laguna Reef, in general. The pools was well kept and the water was so nice. The hot tub was so hot and so deep - the biggest hot tub I have ever seen. There was a great place to watch sunrises on the bay just feet from our door. The peer was great to walk out just sit and soak up the scene. The Rockport Beach was less than 10 minutes away and so sweet and clean. The water was perfect and the palapas made me feel like I was having a lux vacation. The room was just right for two people. The TV had all the channels we needed to watch our favorite shows in the evening after a day in the sun. The bed was VERY comfortable for two old folks who are sensitive to poor sleep issues. There were several excellent restaurants within a few minutes drive. All-In-All - We loved every minute of our visit to Rockport and look forward to getting back there soon!! Our New Favorite Get-Away Spot!!

We really enjoyed the ease of getting to and from the private pier and enjoyed fishing at any hour we wanted. Having access to ice was really great, too! The place was cozy and sweet and met our needs perfectly! We will be back! Thank you for the great communication, too. It was super easy to check in and everything was crystal clear!

The coffee pot had molded coffee in it and the coffee grounds hadn’t been emptied. I try to leave places cleaner than what I found them.

Was convenient to pretty much everything we needed, grocery store, fast food restaurants, local shopping, beach, fishing piers, condo also had a pool and hot tub

2nd time staying here. Perfect place for the family to enjoy. Clean quiet and all the little extras make it a perfect place. Used the awesome outdoor grill area and took a lovely nap on the closed in patio under the fans after a day at the beach. The 4th of July decorations with military honor meant a lot to our family. We loved our stay!

We went to get our vehicle pass and check in and there was one lady at the desk and she was on the phone. We stood there over 10 mins and she never even acknowledged us. She was barely talking bc she was looking something up she could have easily said I will be right with you but nothing. When walking through lobby daily no one greets you or says anything. It is definitely not a welcoming front office staff.

Simple, no frills, but comfortable and affordable. Great fishing pier, pool, and hot tub.

We had a fabulous view of the bay. Sunrise in the window each morning.

My husband and I stayed here mid-January 2023. I really recommend it! Pros: Fast Wifi Clean unit Comfortable bed Property has hot tub, pool, private pier, fish cleaning area Property is within 5-10 minutes to tons of restaurants, HEB/Walmart, gift shops, bait shops, plenty of places to fish! Cons: Can't really think of any - the pool gets locked once the front office receptionist leaves for the night so you can't get in, but that's not this unit's fault and honestly shouldn't cause too many issues as that's after 10 pm We had some great fishing here and will definitely be coming back. If you are looking for a nice fishing location with the ability to just walk to a spot and fish all day, this is the place for you!

This was the perfect place for a weekend getaway. Hot tub was a plus and we always enjoy the pier. The room was beautifully decorated and very clean. Comfy bed too.

Awesome Visit!!

This place is a gem. It has all the amenities you can possibly need. We enjoyed the fact that the pier was straight across from our room. The ice machine was next door to us. It was perfect for our 3 person family. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a Texas coast vacation. Host was responsive and the front desk was helpful too.

Laguna Reef is a very nice place right across the street from their private fishing peer. All staff was very friendly. The Vrbo listing of amenities was a little off. No dishes or utensils as listed and place no longer has a fitness room, which was also listed. All in all we would definitely book there again.

Third time visiting this property and it’s always a great getaway for us. Visited Rockport beach and fished from the pier.

Very nice and clean. Made the stay refreshing. Only thing was I couldn’t get into the room with the code given.

The condo was awesome and location was great. The condo is really clean and decorated.

Exceeded my expectations. Clean and quiet. Close to about everything you’d want to do in Rockport and Port Aransas. Great pool and hot tub literally right outside the door. Couldn’t ask for anything better.

Room was clean, like a large master bedroom with en suite. Perfect for a couple, great bay view and the fishing at night was fantastic. My wife and I both caught our personal best trout, 27 and 25 inches off their lighted pier. Will stay there again.

Loved the location and amenities. Ice machine right next door is really convenient and the pool is literally steps away. Bring your own silverware and mugs, though, as there are none provided.

Great place if you're just wanting to relax and try a little fishing. Close to shopping and restaurants. Right by the pool. Highly recommend.

We went for Memorial Day weekend. This room is very spacious and cozy. The pool is literally steps away and my girls enjoyed it. Through the window you can look out to the ocean and see the pier. The only down fall is… as soon as it’s sunrise you’re up, their are blinds but no curtains so the sun beaming light through the windows. It was hard to put baby down for a nap. Other than that, It was a simple check in and the owner was very informative in the email about what the protocol was for entry. I will definitely be staying again.

lovely waterfront view and clean rooms. Due to a stroke last year, I was unable to use the high king bed and the staff were more than helpful to address the problem. We really felt heard by Norma and Victoria especially. I do recommend a stay at Laguna Reef!
