The Space:
The fully equipped kitchen is ready for anything from a quick breakfast to a delicious dinner featuring fresh local ingredients. Enjoy meals and morning coffee on the spacious lanai, complete with stunning ocean views. Guests can also enjoy the communal swimming pool and the covered barbecue area. A reserved parking space in the garage is provided for your convenience. Beach essentials, including snorkel gear, beach chairs, an umbrella, cooler, sand toys, boogie boards, and beach towels are available in the garage closet.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire 2nd-floor condominium unit, including two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, kitchen, and a lanai/balcony. Enjoy access to the communal pool, BBQ grill area, and beach access. Additional amenities include free parking in a reserved covered spot, elevator access, and a private entrance. Please note that the pool has specific hours and rules, and there are no pets allowed.

To make your stay worry-free, you can choose one of the following options:
● Damage Waiver (Optional) – A smaller, one-time non-refundable fee that protects you from
unexpected repair or replacement costs, and helps us keep the space in great shape for all our
guests. This covers minor accidental damages that may happen during your stay.
● Safety Deposit – A higher refundable fee that’s returned to you as long as there’s no damage
during your stay. Refunds are typically processed within 2 to 14 days, depending on your card
provider.

However, last-minute cancellations can significantly impact our owners, as they result in lost revenue that cannot be recovered. This was a lovely accommodation! Everything was very clean and well thought out. There were all kinds of beach supplies from snorkeling sets, beach chairs, coolers and beach towels plus sunscreen, binoculars and shower supplies. The rooms are all very spacious. We used the A/C at night but were not there during the day. The location was great- we walked to the beach for surfing lessons and it was on the way to our other excursions. We ate breakfast every day on the lanai looking over the pretty pool and landscaping to the ocean below. Communication was quick and the codes to get in were easy to use.

Condo was in a great location. We really appreciated the bag of necessities that were included (coffee, filters, baggies, trash bags, dishwasher pods and laundry detergent) We shopped at Walmart and Costco for our food and made meals while we were here. Kitchen was supplied with all the dishes and pans we needed. The snorkel and beach gear were good as well. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Condo was exactly as described: clean, well-maintained and spacious. Close proximity to Kahalu'u snorkeling is a nice perk. Communication with Trude was great.

This place is amazing for staying with a big family. We enjoyed the walks and snorkeling across Kahaluu state beach. Everything is nearby. The property management was super responsive and thought of many little details and needs of the visiting families from beach gears to pantry items. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable! We will come here again :)
