About this condo rental
OUR APARTMENT IS COMPLETELY revamped: new kitchen, new bathroom, change the furniture ... for a cozy contemporary atmosphere. Contemporary and cozy studio refurbished in June 2015 of 27 m2 for 5 people on the 1st floor. We changed the picture window to enhanced sound insulation of the apartment. It is south facing. It features: - Parking in basement - Installation of a closed area with 3 bunk beds fitted with duvets - A closed kitchenette with oven, dishwasher, toaster, Senseo coffee machine, kettle ... - A south facing bright living room furnished with a sofa BZ 160 * 200 with 2 tub chairs, flat screen TV 26 'with DVD player - A shower room with heated towel rail - A separate toilet - A 7m2 balcony with a garden - A closed ski locker on the ground floor. Karen is a small luxury residence and you will be greeted by her guardian. The residence is secure code. She is at the top of the resort on the slopes. L'Alpe d'Huez is nicknamed 'the island in the sun' as it enjoys exceptional sunshine 300 days a year. Active summer and winter: 250 km of hiking trails and 250 km of ski runs!

Located near the top of Cognet this small studio is close to the Signal and the DMC gondola to 2700m. It is an ideal location for any skiing holiday with grocery shopping less than 30 meters from the lobby and restaurants all around. The building is well maintained and quiet. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again next year.

Great location
Lovely apartment, well equipped, warm and comfortable. Kitchen area is great and there is a table for eating and a lovely seating area. Fantastic views from the balcony - we sat out there every day after skiing. Great location- 4 mins from the lift and bars. Highly recommend this property.

Appart sympa. Situé en haut de la station. Tous les commerces essentiels sont à proximité.
Max (le gardien) qui a géré notre arrivée et notre départ a été au top. Très disponible et très arrangeant. Je recommande 👌

Appartement très bien situé, à 2 pas des pistes. Il est entièrement rénové et meublé avec goût. Tout l'équipement nécessaire est présent. L'accueil du gardien est très sympathique. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Merci beaucoup à la propriétaire !

For høj pris ift. Andre tilsvarende lejligheder i området. Udlejeren var sur og svær at kommunikere med. Lejligheden kan ikke tilrådes til hverken 4-5 personer. Maks 3 personer.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in optimaler Lage
Das Appartement befindet sich in bester Lage und mit schöner Aussicht auf Alpe DHuez. Die Talstation ist in 5 Minuten erreichbar und alle erforderlichen Läden befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Die Ferienwohnung ist ansprechend möbliert und besitzt alles, was für einen Skiurlaub erforderlich ist. Die Küchenutensilien, Besteck, Geschirr, etc. sind in einwandfreiem Zustand.
Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und der Concierge Renaud ist überaus hilfsbereit.

La résidence est extrêmement bien située et parfaitement entretenue. L appartement est très propre, bien décoré, confortable, calme et lumineux. La remise des clés facile grâce au gardien très gentil. La propriétaire m'a réservé un accueil téléphonique très sympathique. Merci pour ce séjour. Je reviendrai !!!

Nuovo ma molto piccolo
Appartamento rinnovato, in ottima posizione, ben attrezzato ma veramente piccolo. Adatto a non più di due persone. Molto comodo per l'accesso alle piste, negozi, piscina. Custode presente nel palazzo, gentile e disponibile.

Appartement très pratique au pied des pistes
L’appartement est idéalement placé à deux min à pied des remontées mécaniques. Le magasin de ski juste en bas garde les chaussures et ski la nuit si besoin ( le local à ski lié à l’appartement est assez petit).
L’appartement est très fonctionnel, parfait pour trois ou quatre personnes , avec son grand balcon et sa belle vue. Le gardien fait son possible pour faciliter le séjour et est très disponible en cas de besoin. Je recommande cet appartement !

Logement fonctionnel au pied des pistes !
Nous avons apprécié le logement, la souplesse de la propriétaire sur les heures d arrivée et de départ. Le gardien est disponible pour toutes infos. La place de parking en sous sol est un plus et les pistes de ski sont à côté ! Logement fonctionnel et en bon état. Salle de douche top. Seul bémol à noter, l'isolation phonique pour ceux qui dorment dans le clic clac du salon. A recommander !

Appartement bien placé et très agréable
Appartement refait à neuf, bien équipé avec du matériel de qualité et à la décoration soignée. La vaisselle et les casseroles sont en nombre suffisants, le BZ est confortable...
Le logement est bien situé à la fois par rapport aux pistes et à l'EFS, et aussi par rapport aux magasins de proximité.
Bref, rien à redire!... à part merci!!

Excellent séjour. L'appartement est agréable, idéalement situé et très bien équipé en termes de literie, accessoires, vaisselle et électroménager, salle d'eau. Seul petit bémol : le manque de rangement dans le séjour et dans l'entrée. Mais quand on fait le compte, le rapport qualité-confort/prix est imbattable et fait vraiment la différence avec des locations dans la même gamme de prix. Je n'oublie pas l'accueil du gardien très sympathique et disponible, la place de parking couverte dans l'immeuble et les échanges avec le propriétaire qui ont fait de ce séjour un moment sans aucun soucis.

Todo ha estado perfecto. El apartamento está recién reformado y muy bien equipado. Repetiremos seguro. El trato y la comunicación con la propietaria perfecto así como con el conserje del edificio. Unas vacaciones maravillosas
