It’s in the center, very near to commerce and a good 8-10 minutes to the beach. The owner, though i never met in person is very easy to talk to via mail.

Its in the center so i guess you have to expect some degree of noise. But when we arrive, its in the middle of summer so we open the windows to allow some fresh air to apartment, its was a bad idea. we got bitten by mosquitoes especially my 7month baby, plus its was really noisy. you can hear the passerby all through the night until wee hours in morning, then its seagulls starting at 5 am serenading us with their song. i tried closing the windows the next night despite the heat but the noise stays. Apartment is clean but need change with casserole as some are already rusty
