The service from the staff and owner was exceptional. Everyone was incredibly attentive, kind and welcoming. We were given a huge, very comfortable room, and the bed was excellent. The setting is wonderfully peaceful, the pool is fabulous, and the accommodation is a great place to switch off, relax and experience nature. We are very grateful for the care and kindness shown by everyone there.
The shower water pressure was very poor; it felt like showering under a trickle. Also, as the property is quite remote — around 30 km from restaurants — the dinner options on site were limited, with only two dishes available in the evening.

The location was nice – peaceful, surrounded by the jungle, close to many cenotes, and not far from Puerto Morelos.
The overall cleanliness could have been much better.

The surroundings were peaceful and exotic. It was very green and away frim the main road. Lots of nature. We liked the pig that was like a pet and freely roamed.
The apartment had an awful smell, like it wasn't aired enough- It was difficult to sleeo because of this.
The water in the shower was very weak, almost a trickle.
