Rent of duplex apartment in a newly and luxurious apartment building, with unobstructed view of the sea. Located in a peninsula, the apartment is a few steps from the Marina (where arrive the ships of the 'route Rhum' race. The apartment is sea front, 50 meters from the beach in an exceptional panorama, in the centre of Guadeloupe. From the apartment corridor, there is a sea and mountains view of Basse Terre as well as a beautiful white sand cove where you can swim in a 27º water. A nice infinity pool of 22 metres is available. All the shops are nearby. The apartment is completely equipped and air-conditioned. Pointe-à-Pitre: The biggest city of Guadeloupe Pointe-à-Pitre is 5 minutes away from the building by car. The apartment is located on the centre of the island, the ideal place to visit the whole island. The marina: the marina, well known since it hosts the 'route du Rhum' every 4 years, is close by, in the other side of the peninsula of Bas du Fort where the apartment is located. Appartement parfait
L'appartement est propre, bien équipé et idéalement placé. La terasse donne directement sur la mer et on profite alors constamment du paysage lorsque l'on est dans l'appartement.
Les deux chambres sont grandes et bien équipées.
La piscine et l'accès direct à la mer sont un vrai privilège.
Je recommande vivement !

Pour avoir fait pas mal de location en Guadeloupe je trouve que celle ci est vraiment de qualité. Emplacement impeccable, résidence hyper agréable, appartement bien agencée, au calme avec du mobilier qualitatif.
Vraiment rien a dire.

Rentabilité d'accord mais pas à n'importe quel prix.
L'inventaire ne correspondait pas à ce qui était trouvé et certains mobiliers étaient en très mauvais état. Table branlante (vis reserrées provisoirement). Etagères frigo cassées (donc peu de rangement). Poéles HS ou sales (rendues). Frais demandés pour le pressing alors que le linge était marqué comme fourni sur l'annonce. Des serviettes de bain usées jusqu'à la trame et effilochées. Un lavabo bouché à notre arrivée. Pas de sèche linge (qui était annoncé). Et j'en passe. Et une gérante qui nous expliquait que c'était la faute des locataires. précédents. Cerise sur le gâteau la baie ne fermait pas (espace 1cm entre les 2 battants) et on était obligés de fermer le volet extérieur lorsqu'on quittait l'appartement. Le clos n'était donc même pas assuré. Manque de chance le dernier jour rupture du chauffe eau électrique et chambre inondée. Le nouveau gérant a mis une autre sdb à notre disposition. Par contre chambres correctes. Dans l'ensemble un appartement bien situé avec vue mais pas de suivi. Au prix demandé par semaine pendant 3 semaines c se moquer des clients d'autant qu'on ne nous a pas fait de cadeaux. On nous a fournis une serviette de plage neuve, des poèles neuves, des oreillers supplémentaires. Manifestement peu de relation entre gérant et propriétaire. Bien évidemment on a passé de bonnes vacances mais tous ces petits et gros détails nous ont gâché notre plaisir.

Tient ses promesses
Je connaissais Bas du Fort pour y avoir vécu il y a quelques années. Pour le coté pratique, pas d’embouteillages, tout à proximité, j’aime bien y retourner et le Marisol reste le meilleur plan en tout point. L’appartement est confortable, propre, spacieux et la vue mer et la Basse Terre reste mémorable. Un grand merci à Mme Marchand pour son accueil, son professionnalisme et sa sympathie.

Logement absolument superbe, très bien agencé, très bien équipé, nous n'avons manqué de rien ! la vue est magnifique !
La plage à 50m, la piscine ouverte jusqu'à 22h00.
Le logement est très bien placé au cente de l'île, ce qui facilite les visites !
Le propriétaire est très sympathique et arrangeant, vous pouvez lui faire confiance !
Nous avons été accueillis par Catherine qui est très gentille et professionnelle !
Vous pouvez louer ce logement les yeux fermés !

Un séjour fantastique
Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour dans cet appartement. Il est très confortable, très bien équipé, très propre et possède une très agréable terrasse avec une vue, Wouah !!! Du matin au soir on ne se lasse jamais de cette vue carte postale. Notre accueil était parfait, arrivant tard le Dimanche soir, de quoi confectionner notre repas du soir et notre premier petit déjeuner nous attendait dans les placards et le frigo. On nous a bien informé sur le fonctionnement de la résidence et sur les commodités alentours, dont la boulangerie à pied en quelques minutes, extra ! La petite plage de la résidence est très sympathique et très calme ainsi que la piscine très agréable.
La résidence est idéalement située pour sillonner facilement grande terre et basse terre. La voiture se gare facilement sur une place de parking numérotée devant l’appartement.
Comme vous l’aurez compris, c’est un sans faute ! Merci au propriétaire et à la gentille personne qui s’occupe de l’appartement, c’est sûr, un jour nous reviendrons.....

Magnifique paradisiaque
Après 15 jours dans un appartement superbe avec une vue exceptionnelle nos vacances ont été parfaites.
L appartement est très bien situé proche de tous commerces , de la plage en bas de l appartement et facile d accès pour partir visiter la Guadeloupe.
Je tiens à remercier Catherine qui s occupe très bien de nous .

L’appartement est spacieux et bien équipé. La literie est très confortable. Dommage que le rdv d’accueil avec la personne sur place à notre arrivée ne soit plus clairement précisé dans la fiche de réservation.

Très bel appartement bon standing et super bien situé
Vue fantastique sur la plage avec les cocotiers de la terrasse magnifique. Belle piscine dans la résidence. Bien équipé. Système de place de parking réservée très bien. Pas d’ascenseur ni moustiquaire, quelques verres supplémentaires seraient bienvenus ainsi qu’une clé piscine de plus.

Malgrès ma venue en Guadeloupe pour raison professionnelle, j'ai tout de même pu profiter de ce merveilleux appartement. Idéalement placé, vue superbe sur la mer et Basse Terre, agencement et équipement suffisant, tout dans cet appartement est parfait.

Lieu de vacances ideal, calme, vue superbe!
Nous avons passe un superbe séjour, le duplex est confortable avec une terrasse vue sur mer superbe. La residence est propre et bien entretenue, accès petite plage, piscine, commerces tout a cote, très pratique! L'emplacement au Gosier est ideal pour rayonner dans l'ile. Nous serions ravis de revenir!

Tout est parfait, et le fait d'être au 2eme étage offre une vue exceptionnelle
La piscine est top. Les espaces jardin parfaitement entretenus. Nous étions en famille et nous avons passé un excellent séjour

We spent one week in this very nice flat in February 2017.
We were only 3 but the flat can easily accomodate 6 persons.
The flat was very clean and in a very good shape.
The location is perfect, with access to the Beach in Less than 5 minutes.
Also a big thank you for the restaurent tips, they were very good.
We will definetly choose this flat again for our next holidays in Guadeloupe.
