Serre Chevalier Valley On the road to the mythical Izoard Pass, apartment with two bedrooms, in a villa near the city center of Briançon and its shops. Located in very calm and sunny housing estate. Unobstructed view of the Montbrison Massif, the village of Puy Saint Pierre, the ski slopes and the Prorel Gondola. Alpine garden and private terrace with garden furniture. Full equipment. Quality bedding. (The bed of the big room is new, accompanied by a "mattress" people who prefer a bed "cozy" !! 50 euros cleaning fee will be requested on your arrival

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans un logement offrant une très belle vue sur la montagne alentour. La propriétaire, Jacqueline, est avenante et s'assure que tout se déroule pour le mieux pour les locataires.

Appartement confortable avec vue magnifique sur les montagnes
Appartement confortable, bien équipé, super bien chauffé, au calme, proche du centre-ville. Il faut quand même la voiture pour se rendre avec les skis à la telecabine de Porel. L’hôte est très disponible et accueillant.

Grand dépaysement !!!
Appart bien situé pour découvrir Briancon et ses environs. Ce logement est propre,rien ne manque,tous ce qu il faut pour le barbecue!! très bon accueil , propriétaires très sympathiques !Nous n avons qu un souhait, y revenir!!

Excelllent séjour à Briançon
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez madame Crosetta que nous remercions pour son accueil, ainsi que son mari.
L'appartement est fonctionnel, lumineux, et très bien situé. Il est à moins de 10 mn à pied du centre ville basse mais néanmoins au calme et dans la verdure, avec une très belle vue sur les montagnes environnantes. Il bénéficie d'une terrasse très agréable et magnifiquement fleurie.
A noter pour les personnes qui ont du mal à se déplacer il y a un escalier pour accéder à l'appartement depuis la rue.
Il y a tant de choses à faire dans la région que nous reviendrons sûrement !

Un excellent séjour à Briançon, un peu humide cette année!
Bonne situation pour aller dans les diverses vallées, bon confort, gentillesse des propriétaires, silence et calme. Prix peut-être un peu élevé. Facile et bon marché pour le ravitaillement: le centre Leclerc que l'on peut atteindre à pied en 15 mn ou en voiture en 5 mn (parking souterrain).
Petite terrasse et petit jardin magnifiquement fleuris.
Nous avons toujours eu une place de parking sur le bord de route en face de la propriété.
Juste un reproche, la WiFi n'est pas performante du tout. Mais on capte bien la 4G.

Mooi ruim appartement met schitterend uitzicht. Terrassen aan twee kanten van de woning. Genieten van de (avond)zon. Centrum Briancon op loopafstand. Gezellige terrasjes, grote supermarkt. Goed wandel- en fietsgebied aan de voet van de Col d'Izoard. Verder uitstapjes mogelijk naar Turijn, Gap, Lac de Serre Poncon, gletscher La Meije etc. Vriendelijke en behulpzame verhuurster. Aanrader!

TRES BONNE LOCATION
Accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire avec une bouteille pour notre arrivée.
Séjour agréable dans cet appartement en RDC, très fonctionnel, bien équipé (prévoir quelques petites cuillères en plus!!!), propre, à 10 minutes à pied des commerces.
Voiture nécessaire pour aller aux remontées mécaniques du Prorel et là pas facile de se garer gratuitement!! Ca peut se faire à pied si on laisse le matériel en consigne au magasin de location.
A recommander vivement.
Peut-être à bientôt pour un séjour d'été et si nous revenons en hiver ce sera là!

Un bon souvenir d'été 2018
Bonnes vacances à Briançon dans cette belle villa située dans une impasse très calme, à 1360 m, sur la montée de l'Izoard. La grande terrasse ensoleillée, qui ceint la maison est quant à elle agréable, avec ses tables et parasol, ses sièges dont un relax et un banc de bois. On y respire l'air pur tout en profitant du jardin joliment fleuri et arboré d'essences variées.
Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, serviables et néanmoins d'une grande discrétion.

They offered to show us around Briancon so that immediately we found our feet and didn't have to spend our first day finding our way around town. The location was perfect, walkable 10min (but steep) into town for fresh bread & croissants, and within 25 mins walk up to the old town for more character. First class location for family cycling holiday...

location parfaite, excellent rapport qualité prix, rien à dire de mal, on est proche du leclerc en centre ville pour y aller à pied, mais en même temps le quartier est super calme, et les propriétaires sont très serviables. Ainsi mme Crosetta a, par deux fois, enlevé une épine rebelle de la main de ma fille! si je retourne à briancon, ce sera là!!

LOCATION AGREABLE, BIEN SITUEE
Reçu un bon accueil de la part de nos hôtes.
Nous avons apprécié leurs conseils ainsi que toute la documentation (topo-guides, cartes détaillées).
Nous avons profité pleinement des 2 terrasses parmi les rosiers et vue imprenable sur la montagne et Briançon ainsi que la proximité du centre ville (7mn à pied, pas besoin de voiture, c'est très appréciable).
Location calme et bien équipée, rien ne manquait juste un p'tit bémol, peut être redonner un coup de jeune aux meubles de cuisine.
Appartement à retenir pour une prochaine fois et à conseiller.
Merci à Mr et Mme CROSETTA pour leur attention, leur disponibilité et leur discrétion.

Location super équipée,de l'économe au grille pain, des crochets pour torchons aux prises multiples, des documentations aux cartes de la région.
Hôtes charmants et discrets.
Dehors les nombreuses roses, les lupins ,les gaillardes et la vue magnifique sur la montagne forment un cadre idéal pour un apéritif sur la terrasse après une journée de randonnée.

Un beau séjour !
Une très bonne appréciation sur la qualité de l'accueil par nos hôtes.
L'appartement est très bien situé, au calme, avec une superbe vue sur les pistes du Prorel, un plaisir au petit déjeuner ! Notre famille, composée de 2 adultes et de 3 jeunes personnes, était ravie de ce séjour. Nous retenons l'adresse !

Très agréable séjour dans le Briançonais
Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour malgré un début de séjour marqué par un incident mécanique de la voiture. Les propriétaires ont été très accueillant et toujours au petit soin pour rendre notre séjour très agréable. L'appartement est très confortable pour 6 personnes et bien situé par rapport aux pistes et au centre ville. La ville de Briançon est plein de charme : nous l'avons découvert en hiver et nous pensons nous y arriver un été pour bénéficier de son climat exceptionnel.
Pour finir, nous tenons encore à remercier très sincèrement les propriétaires pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse.
