About this apartment rental
Situated in a peaceful corner of the beautifully landscaped low rise Sao Rafael Apartment complex, our top floor apartment boasts breathtaking views across open grassland with the ocean beyond, just 5 minutes walk away from the beautiful beach of Sao Rafael.
Our spacious and airy apartment consists of an open plan living/dining area, a well equipped kitchen, one double bedroom with an ocean view, one twin bedroom with a Juliette balcony overlooking the gardens and a recently fully refurbished bathroom with a large walk-in shower, perfect after a day on the beach. All windows/shutters have also recently been replaced.
From the living area sliding patio doors lead to the south facing balcony with a table and chairs for alfresco dining . We also have a couple of sun loungers for use on the balcony, perfect for late night star gazing with a glass of wine!.
Bed linen, tea towels and bathroom towels are provided with a linen change at the end of each week of your stay, beach/pool towels are not provided.
Children are very welcome but pets are not permitted. If required high chair and cot are available upon request for a small extra charge.
Only a few minutes stroll from the apartment will lead you to the beautiful unspoilt Sao Rafael or Arrife beaches, each with outstanding restaurants, from which a rugged cliff top walk will lead you to many more beaches/coves along this beautiful coastline.
The attractive swimming pool and children’s pool area is only a minute stroll from the apartment, equipped with sun loungers, shady areas, if required and a bar serving drinks and snacks in high season.
There are several excellent restaurants within walking distance of the apartment. For a livelier evening, Albufeira is approximately a 30 minutes walk or a short bus or taxi ride away where there is an abundance of bars, restaurants and shops. Also, the Marina, in between Sao Rafael and Albufeira, has many restaurants, bars and where boat trips can be booked from.
Free parking is available at the apartment for our guests.
Upon your arrival at the complex you will be met by our meet and greeter to exchange the key, show you to the apartment and answer any questions you may have.
Please note that if arriving after 10pm you will be charged a 20 Euro late check-in fee that is payable directly to them.

The accomodations were just as listed. It is a 5 min walk to a beautiful beach which has a restaurant and bar where drinks are available to bring back to your beach chair or blanket. There are restaurauts within a 10 min walk and a small grocery store with a good selection but recommend not doing your bulk of shopping as prices are a bit more. The marina is a 20 minute walk and there you have a large selection of restaurants and shops. You are a short drive or UBER ride away from Old Town. We assumed there was air conditioning, however it is not listed as an amenity, but when you open up the windows there is a cool breeze that flows thru. The pool area is very clean and family oriented with a great little snack bar and drinks and super friendly people. There are four small flights of stairs to get to the apartment, it was well stocked with all that you needed, and the beds were very comfortable. Our contact responded quickly thru What's App to any questions that we had. We would recommend this VRBO.

Absolutely a beautiful apartment, lovely clean complex with well maintained grounds, super pool and snack bar. My only slight suggestion is that it would good to have some water in the apartment incase of a late arrival

We loved the apartment. Very well equipped, even sand toys and parasol are available. Bed linen and towels are changed once a week. Great service!

Perfect week spent in this lovely apartment, from ease of booking to finding the best equipped accommodation we have ever stayed in. This area of the Algarve is stunning, and the weather wasn’t too bad either for September.
