About this house rental
Situated in Mèze, this attractive house for $218 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Located in a winiard area, at the border of pond of Thau, with a view of the city of Sete; Fully renovated, refurbished with taste and very confortable. The house in divided in two independant parts, one of them being the house of the landlord. Each part of the house had its own entry and garden, without any gate to maintain the exceptional scenary. The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of the tenant.

Well, what can we say - this is a truly beautiful little piece of Marseillan, the house is wonderful, the kitchen very well equipped with everything you need to produce great meals - the bedrooms are large and have fantastic views, the spacious bathroom with its large shower gives you a great start to the day - & if you want to unwind in the evening you have the double ended bath- Perfect !
And then there is the outdoor space, you while away your evenings, with a glass of the local rose wine at the outdoor table with pretty lights strung above you between the trees, whilst listening to the "orchestra" courtesy of the cute little green frogs that love to share your sunbed by the pool, and the pool is just gorgeous ! sparkling and private and with the views of the vines all around you and the pond in the distance - this is simply one of the very nicest places we have stayed in and a little piece of us remains at the Domaine de Bel Aire - the wildlife that loves to visit are the little red squirrels and a hare who we nicknamed "Henri" the hoopoe birds are also frequent visitors. we can't wait to return. Anne & her family are the perfect hosts very friendly but also unobtrusive. Marseillan harbour /port became one of our favourite places to visit with Bar Mauris becoming our go to! the local Tuesday market is great to visit and the larger one at Pezenas definitely worth visiting. Thank you Anne, we will be back. :-)

Top Haus, top Garten, top Pool und
top Umgebung. Wir waren mit zwei Familien (8 Personen) dort und es war sehr entspannt. Die Entfernung zum Meer ist auch völlig in Ordnung (20 min mit dem Auto).

Oase der Ruhe inmitten von Weinbergen
Das Haus ist noch viel besser als es die Bilder zeigen, es ist sehr geräumig und schön eingerichtet. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und es sind genügend Gartenliegen vorhanden. Großzügige Parkanlage alles in absoluter Ruhe in mitten von Weinreben.
Anne ist sehr aufmerksam und eine sehr gute Gastgeberin. Vielen Dank. Wir haben uns rund um wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!!!

Erholung pur
Wegen der Corona Pandemie mussten wir unseren Urlaub aus dem Vorjahr erneut verschieben. Erholung stand deshalb auf dem Programm. Anne ist eine sehr unkomplizierte und freundliche Gastgeberin. Das Anwesen ist so, wie auf den Fotos beschrieben. Der Pool konnte sogar schon im April genutzt werden und hat viel zur Rundum Erholung beigetragen. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt, wurden herzlich aufgenommen und haben uns, in einer sehr ansprechenden Umgebung, gleich wie zuhause gefühlt. Danke Anne, für die schöne Zeit.

cette parenthèse Sètoise a été très reposante, nous avons apprécié le cadre générale, la piscine, la maison est très jolie avec une rénovation avec des matériaux de goûts.Un tout petit bémol pour la porte de notre chambre qui ne fermait pas .Merci à Mme Arcella pour cette semaine de vacances que nous n'oublierons pas.

Non seulement mais aussi et surtout pour ces vacances d'été, où il fallait garder ses distances à cause de Covid-19, cette maison de vacances était idéale. Nous étions là avec deux jeunes enfants pour nous seuls.
La maison est tres bien et bien équipée, l'emplacement est magnifique, la piscine est bien entretenue et, sauf pour l'utilisation saisonnière occasionnelle des moissonneuses, elle est calme. Mme Arcella était une propriétaire attentive. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les vacances et nous reviendrons. Merci beaucoup pour cela !

Sehr schönes Haus, vor allem der Außenbereich und der Pool sind wirklich toll. Uns hat es super gefallen. Einziges kleines Manko ist das etwas wackelige Wlan.

Un petit paradis au milieu des vignes
Très agréable séjour dans la magnifique maison d' Anne qui vous accueille avec le sourire du sud. La maison est très bien équipée, les chambres grandes, la décoration soignée. Le coin piscine parfait et le cadre magnifique. Les écureuils viennent vous dire bonjour le matin. Très belle vue des chambres sur l'étang et les vignes. Je recommande à tous ceux qui veulent passer des vacances reposantes !

Traumhaus mit Traumgarten
Alles war so wie beschrieben und wirklich schön. Die ruhige Lage im Weinberg ist perfekt zum Entspannen und der Pool bietet Möglichkeiten für Spaß und Erholung. Trotzdem ist man schnell im nächsten Ort für Besorgungen und auch am Strand. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Nous avons passé 15 jours magnifiques au Domaine de Bel air. Anne, la propriétaire, qui habite dans la demeure s’est montrée très disponible et aux petits soins.
Le cadre est tout simplement magique, tout est bien pensé pour qu’on s’y sente bien. Un endroit qu’on garde en tête et où on se voit revenir avec un immense plaisir.

A beautiful place in a beautiful part of France
We loved staying at this house. It has all required facilities even if some are a little dated (eg en-suite bathroom). The swimming pool is fantastic and being in the middle of a vineyard with views of the Etang de Thau is very peaceful. Marseillan is a 10 min drive away and has some excellent restaurants.
My only reservation is having to pay extra for sheets and towels which in my opinion should be included in the rental cost.

Wunderschönes Herrenhaus
Wir haben mit Freunden zu fünft eine wunderschöne Zeit in dieser Unterkunft verbracht. Anna ist eine großartige Gastgeberin, die rund um die Uhr für uns verfügbar war und uns auch jeden Sonderwunsch erfüllt hat.
Das Haus selbst, in dem wir eine von zwei Wohnungen gemietet hatten, ist fantastisch, stilvoll eingerichtet, großzügig, lichtdurchflutet und sehr ruhig gelegen .
Die Wohnung verfügt über einen riesigen gepflegten Garten und einen großen sauberen Swimmingpool zur ausschließlichen Nutzung . Die Unterkunft hat ungeachtet der schon tollen Fotos unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier buchen.

Einfach traumhaft!
Wir erlebten zwei wundervolle Wochen in der Domaine Bel Air. Die Lage ist fantastisch, inmitten von Weinreben, umgeben von schönen Pinien und Maulbeerbäumen, die wundervollen Schatten spenden. Der Pool war einfach großartig, die Kinder hatten einen Riesenspaß! Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet, und auch das Außengelände ist in einem sehr gepflegten Zustand. Mme Arcella ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin, Sie ist da wenn man mal Fragen hat. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Aangenaam verblijf
Het huis van Anne voldeed goed aan onze verwachting. Het lag heerlijk afgelegen, maar met genoeg mogelijkheden in de buurt om uitstapjes (o.a. strand, Camargue, stedenbezoek) te ondernemen. Éénmaal "thuis" heb je comfort om weer helemaal te kunnen ontspannen.

Schön gelegen, besonderes Ambiente
Wir waren eine Woche Ende April dort, mit zwei Kindern. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit, das Haus hat durch sein Alter und die hohen Räume ein sehr spezielles Ambiente, aber alles funktioniert gut und die Ausstattung ist vollständig. Die Lage der Domäne Bel Air ist sehr schön, ruhig und mit Blick auf den Étang de Thau und die Städte Sète und Agde. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe gibt es reichlich, ein Auto ist zu empfehlen.

Week end au Domaine de Bel Air
Nous avons loué le gîte ainsi que la salle du Domaine de Bel Air à l'occasion de l'anniversaire des 20ans de mon fils. Super accueil, très à l'écoute de nos besoins, MR et Mme Sumien ainsi que leur fille Mme Arcella ont su tout mettre en œuvre pour que notre séjour soit le plus agréable possible. Le gîte est très beau et propre, décoré avec goût, un vrai plaisir pour nos invités d'y séjourner.
La salle une fois décorée est très chaleureuse. Le repas fait par les propriétaires était copieux et très bon. L'ensemble nous a satisfait. Si l'occasion se représente nous louerons les lieux avec plaisir.
Nous le recommandons.

Lieu magique où le temps s'arrête, environnement totalement idyllique, le chant des cigales enivrant. L'accueil généreux de la famille Arcella nous a mis tout de suite à l'aise. La belle demeure est bien équipée et très sécurisante pour des enfants.

nous avons passer une superbe semaine dans le domaine de bel air. les propiétaires ont très accueillants et très discret. nos enfants ne se sont jamais ennuyés et la piscine est magnifique et a été utilisé tous les jours. je remercie encore les propiétaires qui sont très serviables.

Tout est mis en place pour que l'on passe d'excellente vacance au domaine Bel Air. Le cadre est magnifique (vue dégagée sur le lac et la campagne), le parc est arboré et les enfants ne manquent de rien pour jouer. Des chemins de traverses entourent le domaine et permettent donc de trés belles ballades à vélos ou à pieds. La maison est spacieuse et trés bien équipée. Les propriétaires sont à nos petit soins et d'une gentillesse formidable. Pour ceux qui souhaitent passer des vacances: agréable, reposante, conviviale, festive ou sportive; tous les éléments sont présents au domaine Bel Air. Le paradis des familles ayant des enfants en bas âges.

Nous avons passé une semaine formidable. Le logement est propre, rénové récemment et plein de charme. Il se situe à l'intérieur de cette majestueuse demeure que l'on voit sur les photos. Les propriétaires sont très sympa et très discrets. La maison est en dehors de Marseillan et c'est très calme et magnifique. Les enfants peuvent jouer devant la maison sans souci, car il n'y a pas de circulation et la piscine est sécurisée.

Super location, idéale entre amis ou en famille, en particulier avec des jeunes enfants qui disposent d'un très vaste espace de jeu. La propriété est très agréable, ombragée avec une piscine très bien aménagée et sécurisée. Les Chambres et salle de bain sont spacieuses et la cuisine dispose de tout le confort moderne. Tous les repas peuvent être pris dehors, dans un grand espace ombragé. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, très sympathiques et très disponibles. Bref, on y retourne l'année prochaine avec grand plaisir!!

Location très confortable
Great location, nice house with lots of room and all modern comfort. Very neat and modern bathroom with huge rain-shower and a large new bath. The house is divided into 2 parts, the other part being inhabited by the landlady's family, although you still have a lot of privacy. The pool was clean and in great condition. There were 2 dogs running loose but they can be kept inside if you prefer. Still, they made for great companionship on long walks (although a car is definately a must) We would rate this place 9 out of 10, but only because the weather could have been better :-)
